betfred not paying comp points

I have 4835 comp points (48 euro) on betfred. My account has been blocked due to deposit patterns - whatever that meant. They refuse to pay me 48 euro, because my account is now blocked.

I send pm to Betfred Rep, but his last activity was 4th June 2014 03:18 PM

Is it possible to solve this problem quickly without GRA and PAB? What should I do?

What was your deposit and play activity like? Also, what games were you playing? There could be a number of reasons why the account was blocked for deposit patterns.

Sometimes these things can be easily sorted out with a quick email, rather than a thread on the forum.

Doesn't look like the Betfred rep visits anymore, Dormant account for almost a year

Actually, the rep has been AWOL for some time now - just going through my emails and there is nothing to indicate that they have any interest being listed here. So off they go into the Reservation.

As for the OP's issue, the only recourse is to contact the licensing agency.

I left Betfred because of their stuff up they had last time. I lost trust in them. Betfred still looks to be very active yes but I can't see anything good if I don't see a REP here who is from Betfred. I would rather stick to Omni Casino for now as they are still pretty good enough to me. I miss the Bet365 thanks a lot to stupid govt in Australia made changed and caused Bet365 to pull casino out of Aussie, only left is sports bet etc.
