Opened an account friday, took the 100% bonus , made silly 5 Euro bets, cashed out 400 sunday and sent my docs in, today my docs are verified and the money is on the way to my bank account. Still have 180 left to play.

Very friendly support, seems like they have a bonus program (their sister site had never gave me anything :mad:), I`m very impressed. And they have 839 slots to play:thumbsup:

Bad show Slotsmillion

Checked my account, and all I got was a big bowl of disappointment yet again with this casino.

Over the last month, I was finally able to play at this casino after what seemed like an eternity of being unable to.

I used the welcome offer, made MANY deposits, wagered tens of thousands, worked up to one of the higher loyalty levels...and at each level the site and system informed me I had been granted access to higher, better, more frequent offers. No offer has come to my account, ever. Once I was manually given a match offer to hold my account over til it was "corrected" but the correction never comes.

Today, I had zero spins waiting for me, even though Slotsmillion text messaged me in the middle of the night to tell me I had 20 waiting. Thanks for the wakeup call, but I could have done with sleep instead.

I have contacted Slotsmillion on 3 occasions, and on 3 occasions they have refused to contact me back as promised, and when I contact live help to let them know, all I get told is someone will email me, which never happens. It is an endless cycle apparently.

I have never seen such a complacent bunch. These guys were on their toes during the BBF, but have clearly strayed now. Has anyone else hit a brick wall when trying to deal with these guys on any and all issues?


I was just on chat questioning them about all of this, and the rep said...and I quote "I am doomed today" and ended the chat. Interesting.
 
No SMS opt out

Interesting, but I could have sword that there were rules about allowing customers to unsubscribe to SMS notifications.

I don't particularly enjoy being woken by SMS, so I wanted to opt out of SMS. You can ONLY manage emails in their communications settings tab. Looks like the only way is to shut my account I guess. :(

Very good point, we will add the functionality so that players can manage the SMS communication as well.

I did reply and did put forward several options and from my understanding you had continued with our customer support. I do not have any unreplied messages.

From what I have seen so far, you are our nemesis :) for some reason, you have the most problems than any other customer. I have never seen so many tickets of issues with one player in 5 years :)

I think that we are to blame for not following up with you on a timely matter. We are still young and learning, improving and building.
We appreciate your business and I am always here to help.

Thank you for checking in. At the moment it is a plan, we are not awaiting a decision. How many Millions ££££ are we talking about ;)
