I withdrawn several times from mfortune, although it was a good while back.

In fact I think it was probably not long after they first 'started out' as I never once provided any bank details and all of my withdrawals arrived hassle free by cheque.

Don't think you will have a problem, unless you've used the dreaded 'deposit by mobile bill' deposit option, if so be prepared to sort out and send a million and one documents, including proof your latest phone bill is paid

Yea it was from a £3 deposit from a phone bill

I emailed them yesterday regarding docs and stuff but heard nothing back

might call them and see what they say

I think as long as you pass KYC which shouldn't be a problem as you say you've sent doc's and you phone is either pre-pay or your bill is paid you will be fine.

There were instances in the past when this method first started out where customers were building up massive phone bills, withdrawing from the casinos and then the phone companies were left to chase the unpaid bills and eventually could attempt (although unsuccessfully most of the time) to try and blame the casino for simply being part of their problem of the phone bill debt the customer has created.

Nowadays as far as I am aware the casino will want proof (whether this is a document, email, phone call to your mobile provider I am not sure) that your bill is indeed paid before releasing any cashouts.

I read this in a very recent thread on here so know I am providing accurate information, If your pay-as-you-go sim then you should not have this issue

Just a quick update if anyone's interested.

after three 'working' days of pending, I was asked to send docs earlier today. Even though my phone take photos in HD decided to get my docs scanned to email them perfectly. Also printed them off to send tomorrow in the post.

I have a funny feeling about this casino.

Firstly they wouldn't let me send docs at the earliest opportunity ( I had to wait for the three 'working' days pending)

the bonus was 1x wagering (I checked before I took the bonus)

in total the pending period will be around 5 - 6 days with a full reversible feature in the banking section. I do fully understand that it is the players responsibility NOT to reverse however this casino does make it very tempting.

Of course they want you to reverse!

When you don't (so don't lol ) and you get your money it makes it that more satisfying and rewarding.

Reversing to me is worse than a losing deposit and the sinking feeling together with 'Why was I so stupid' takes ages to 'fade'
