fenix casino - non cashable bonuses?!

Hi @all. I registered @fenix on Wednesday and won a nice Sum with the Welcome Bonus. There are no special rules for the welcome bonus listed. Only the T&Cs:

Withdrawal of winnings
Before the withdrawal is processed and paid to player’s payment method of choice, the amount of all non-cashable bonuses that contributed to the winnings will be removed from player’s balance. If player does not leave that amount on balance, it will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions
All winnings arising from bonus money will be deemed as constituting bonus money until the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met. Once the wagering requirement is met all bonus funds will be converted into real money and transferred to the player's main account.

The support said i can not withdraw the (complete wagered) bonus money. Pretty confusing.

Has support explained why you can't withdraw?

There were a lot of complain threads about Casino Fenix, where players could not withdraw winnings made with their won money!
So if you were playing with a bonus it will get way more tricky I suppose.

I got my winnings today. And I was surprised, because the 200,- bonus is still on my account. So I asked support again. The full wagered bonus money is payable! The Support-Lady gave me the wrong information last week.
