Just have to get this off my chest. Had horrible slot sessions at CasinoLuck, my favourite game Piggy Riches was lagging all the time and the reels just didn't stop spinning, no matter what browser I used. This happened like 4-5 times, so I finally gave up. Are you experiencing similar problems with NetEnt slots?

We know what happened at Guts, but I am eagerly awaiting their move to another software provider in June. Going to stick with RedBet now, at least no probs there with glitches or lagging slots.

The weird thing is I don't mind losing so much but having slots constantly lagging, freezing or glitching is the worst part of gambling for me. I agree whilst I hardly play at Redbet, their games run flawlessly (same as Whitebet, Heypoker etc) and set the bar for exemplary gameplay.

It's a shame so many other casinos don't place as much emphasis on the gameplay experience and giving the customer a great product.

Guts, Thrills and a few others I could mention run terribly and I know it has nothing to do with my browser, PC or what I had for dinner. I find this mystifying because the aforementioned Redbet games run fine whilst other equally reputable sites are losing my custom because of this.

As a whole I find most bookies and even bingo sites run slots perfectly so it's always worth having a gander as opposed to being pissed on by poor service elsewhere, just sayin'

Thank you, thank you! For now, I will just stick to one casino only: Redbet, and they have WMS too.

I not played there in a while, I played piggy riches a hell of a lot at spingenie and a good shot at bgo and betspin and all running smooth, What I can say is that betspin site seems to be slow? but as soon as games open than all is good,

I take it that its the software there using and still problems, About time it got sorted

I agree with all of the above.

I know that the sites affected are some of the best in other areas, but personally not much annoys me more than laggy games, you spend your hard earned money on their sites, and to be irritated by laggy, endless spins, while you burn it into **** makes me want to throw my laptop through the wall.

I know a lot of sites are saying they are working on it, but I am not going there anymore until it is confirmed as fixed because it is not good enough.

Rant over :D

I agree, Nothing worse than a sh**y game play with ten spins a hr, All you here its getting fixed and yes they probs work on it but they have to relize its probably not even there side, Just like when they tell us to delete cookies and milk ect, Absolute no good,

Not being on here for a while has changed my game play, So not had no lags or errors and it good to have a game without any trouble and believe me I had my fair shout of slowness and cut offs, Yet to chuck a lappy but I did chuck my new win 7 disc the other day, I was so pissed of trying to build a new pc and kept triping over wires, I got hungry so whent got some food what I cooked, Cleaned all the house them come back to check computers and yet again tripped over wires and food drooped, I did ask my self is there any bloody point? Well unless I hit a big 1 on lottery than yes

NetEnt performs really smooth even at prime time at most casinos I've played, instant spins, etc. They are probably one of the best software providers when it comes to server performance. I guess that lag is caused by EveryMatrix platform.

Yes, I am aware it is the platform causing these problems, not NetEnt. But when I notified CasinoLuck about this, they simply advised that I should remove cookies/caches and restart my computer. So, instead of looking at their own platform's performance they blame me.

I asked them to close my account.

The server they run the casino is the problem to begin with. I have issue problem sometimes especially with Guts and BetAtCasino, not all the time, sometimes on bad day when server is overload it might be slow for me. Sometimes if I was to play Omni Casino Playtech very sometimes it is very laggy in progressive game. Videoslots rarely have issue problem atm for me which is interesting. They may have better server than that. 32Red has always been reliable most of time so was 3Dice as well. The worst lag nowaday would have to be pointing finger to Intercasino that I used to play which is pretty much frustrated.

Nothing worse than laggy, crashy spins and a f'kin never ending losing streak :mad:

When you do finally get a BR, it does like what I posted earlier in SSTS, just to put some nice icing on the 'piss take cake' (ooh that's rhymes )

Can I ask, why does my 32 Red download client run lovely and smooth sometimes but other days, real horribly slow, that slow you can make out the symbols clearly as reels spin whereas usually its just a blur.

My PC is no super computer but it has more than enough to handle a casino software, is this down to other players and the busier periods maybe?

Anyone else having problems playing Dead or Alive on Google Chrome? 3 days its not been letting me play, very strange. Not working on Firefox either for me. Only working on Internet Explorer which i hate with a passion.

Keep getting this

I used to get that on chrome with any application/site which used flash, mega annoying.

I used to put up with countless 'F5's' until that got the better of me too, did a complete uninstall, re-install which seems to have done the trick, simple and sounds like something 'live help' would tell us but worth a shot

Haha yeah i've tried that bud. I even cleared my history and cookies but as always that hasn't worked!

Totally agree on the lagging . certain sites are terrible for it at the moment

and nothing worse then being on a bad luck run for godknows how many deposits to then either getting the error message , or constantly taking a good 20 seconds for each spin to land grrr lol

If you are experiencing lag at any online casino atm, i am quite sure that they are getting ddosed, if sony and microsoft cant protect their services, no casino on this earth has a chance

have you tried updating or downloading adobe flash? had no trouble on that site but the site does run a bit slow for me, As soon as games are open than every thing is good

I played at CasinoLuck this morning, had to give up after the constant lagging and freezing, withdrew my deposit. I wonder if the affected casino's are noticing a drop in their turnover due to these issues, and if they are do they have any recourse to seek compensation from Every Matrix??

I would defo think they are losing customers, especially after this problem seems to have gone on forever and a day!!

I do feel for the EM casinos as this loss in no fault of their own, however I would not be surprised if EM have a clause or condition in their contracts where they can wriggle out of being held accountable and thus avoid any compensation related payouts etc.

Guts has taken steps I believe to move away and I don't think it will be much longer before others follow suit/
