Hi everyone,

I have been very frustrated today.

I had issue problem with withdrawal at any ATM in Australia using Neteller card. It says not enough information or transaction is invalid. I tried everything CHQ, SAV, CR. No go. I had a chat with Neteller and they said there is nothing they can do about even they checked my account history not even one ATM activity can be found. I have entered correct pin number and the card is still yet to be expired by Oct this year. I am puzzled why is this happening like that today since few years ago I have never had any problem. Is Australia Government or the Australian Federal Police trying to block this Neteller Plastic Prepaid card?

Has anyone else had issue problem?

Please let me know asap if you found a problem that is able to resolve?

Thanks Nathan.

PS So far I tried ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and BankSA.

i can tell you ecocard and skrill cards work did have issues with ecocard where it would not work but it was the Australian processes getting replays from them
the government can block merchant cards as there used for other on line services not just gaming if the prob keep going on i can tell you skrill was a cheaper option than ecocard. if you want to try one of them it also my be a currency issue my eco and skrill card where both in other currencys but worked fine with my aud accounts
try a international atm abd try and pull out the lowest amount in the cards currency if that does not work its there end where the issue lies

I really wish Neteller would have been more cooperate with me if they are willing to fix the prepaid Net+ Plastic Card. They have refused to do so. Thats terrible service I say to be honest! This plastic prepaid card will not work at any ATM so that raise my suspicious is that they have been blacklist in Australia. Neteller clearly broken many serious rules in Australia so government toss them into blacklist. Their loss not my fault. Their fault for screwing it up. Period.

Now dad had agreed same as me I would rather withdraw and close Neteller account permanently. They are not welcome here in Australia so same for Moneybooker. You have damaged the trust in Australia. I think most Aussie people will stop playing online casino and just stick to official land based Casino if you don't prepare to fix the problem you are facing today. Most Aussie will NOT pay with normal credit card on gambling cos it is not deemed safe to do so.

Anyway enough of my very frustrating rant from me. Nathan.

I have no problems with withdrawing in Australian atms using the Neteller+ card. Maybe the magnetic strip on your card is damaged? Remember, ATMs are part of a global network - the government can't really 'ban' any particular card.

Also, since when did Skrill start offering their debit cards to Aus?

My is fine. I even entered pin and it was working so the card is fine really. ATM even accept the card. If it were damage the ATM would not accept the card and would have either have your card taken and chop up or return to you immediately. So it tells me something is really screwing around with me.

Okay I am getting a Plastic Card replacement as was told by supervisor to do so. I hope this won't happen again but I asked them how can I prevent this card from getting damaged again cos this plastic card is more easy damaged than the official bank card is very tough one that can cope with scratch, dent etc and still works beautifully.

I am certain the replacement card will solve your issues. The card does seem fragile, I keep it in a plastic sleeve.

Yeah pretty much so need to do so. I think have seen nice metal wallet at Post Office does offer better protection on those plastic card. Will have to buy one on Monday before new one arrive in mail.
