WARNING Grand Macao : endless "investigations" = non-payment

Several months ago a complaint was brought to us wherein the player's winnings of roughly US$6000 were effectively not being paid: the casino initially reversed the balance back to the player's account saying "we are reviewing your account. This process might take up to 90 business days."

After 60 days the casino rep contacted the player, said "we noticed strange activity on your account ... We can send you $500 and double up your balance to enjoy the games!" Still no payment of the monies owed.

The player complained about the delays but the casino kept saying "investigating, we'll let you know" and nothing happened. Eventually the casino stopped responding all together.

The player brought the issue to us, we tried for months to get a response from the casino: nada!

Warning: Grand Macao (grandmacao.com) is withholding player winnings without justification, claims to be "investigating" but nothing ever happens. Withdrawal requests are consistently reversed (by casino staff) and the money always ends up back in the player account and fully playable. Customer Service is no help and simply encourages the player to play more. Players are strongly advised to avoid Grand Macao until the casino learns to cut the BS and pay their players.
