Just wanted to share my experience at Slots Million Casino :

1. The Casino Has an Attractive Interface and is very user friendly I found it a true pleasure joining this casino I couldn't believe the amount of games and how smooth everything runs here and what an amazing selection of promotions.

2. I've played at a lot of casino's and i can honestly say this one is something special everything has been thought of and managing ones account is simplicity one can view all their promotions with ease and check their wagering requirements everything has been thought of to the finest of detail and simplicity is a word I choose to use loosely here.

3. The Customer Service at Slots Million Is Amazing very friendly , Timely and Professional I
am simply blown away by this casino there's an X-Factor in Customer Service here.

4. The Large Selection of Payment Options is very attractive and even included my preferred
option Neteller.

5. This casino has the most amazing vision which I believe they are living up to if not going beyond :

Got to love their selection of slots - in particular playtech and rival. Also love the way the bonus is structured so that you can withdraw if you have not dipped into the bonus funds which gives a player every chance to make some wins - a big plus in my opinion. The first time deposits are quite good too (100% 20 free spin first deposit, 50% 20 free spin second deposit, 25% 20 free spin third deposit) and because of the bonus structure this is the one case that theres no reason not to use the bonus.

So I made my first small withdrawal with them on last Sunday ($70 AUD) - usually keep the first withdrawal small so I can gauge the withdrawal times. Seems bank withdrawals (3-5 days) is the only option I have but thats not an issue. I have not uploaded any KYC documents either or had been requested any - the following day received an e-mail saying the withdrawal had been accepted and processed. Sounds good - the banking history page had been updated to state 'verified' and I thought it could be one of those places where verification was not needed (like Energy Casino).

Last night received an e-mail saying that I need to upload ID verification documents though - which is fine I expected that but it is now about 5 days since I submitted the withdrawal. I was expecting this anyway but from all the places I have played at this verification happens before the withdrawal got confirmed - or am I missing something?

Either way I am sure it will be fine just seems odd to e-mail me saying they have processed a withdrawal and then 4-5 days later request verification - should be the reverse. You should get your docs. prepared. I had the same email but sent in my docs anyway. Some time later I got an email saying to resize and resend doc before processed withdrawal can be processed?
Then the next day a phone call saying money was released. Came in soon after but my bank charged $15 fee:eek:.I don't want to ask my bank why and slotsmillion says I should question them about it. Subsequently I don't deposit there.
 
I love the selection as well, however it is the most unlucky place I play at, no conspiracy theories, just plain unlucky, cant even get playtime, we all have one, this is mine. :)

Could that be because they have so many different slots/providers? So the play is spread out over all these slots? Similar way to land based machines work?

I have no idea, its definitely a luck/timing thing, for instance my RTP on DOA is remarkably lower than the 3 other places I play at, I have never had so many dead rounds in all my spinning life, its like a bad investment, you have to invest elsewhere (not that gambling is a good investment anytime) ;)
 
i also made an account at slot million, and i must say its very good, the games run smooth, everything is ok, made a deposit of 50 and after playing for hours, and the play was fun, had freespins, they didn't pay much, but i made a withdraw of 100€ on neteller and it was in about 3 hours in my account without id verification or something like that,

so i will deposit again there:thumbsup:

Update on my problems i had earlier on this fine online casino:

Had some serious delays/slow spins and error 2 codes a couple of weeks ago when i started playing at SlotsMillion. But after giving it another try today, its running as smooth as it can be.

no they are not running good they where for about a week no errors everything good yesterday had 5 errors in about 2 hrs play to day had 3 in about 2hrs was at level 3 banana yesterday when went in this morning was back at level 2 orange

Thank you for your patience.

The IT department have now investigated this error that you are getting
and you receive it because at every hour the game makes a time out for
about 0.2 seconds and then you receive the error, unfortunately this is
just happening to some customers. The error is not from SlotsMillion it
is coming from the Game Providers side and they are working on a fix for
this.
At this moment that is the information we have.

i have it everywhere ... i just play DOA cauz i see the big winnings from other people and because everyone says its so great

I juts let it run and leave it .. in 100 spins maybe i get a bonus round and i never ever had 5 wilds in a game the most was 4
 
I have had 5 scatters here at 9 cent twice $225 each time have won on bonus round most so far $396 at 9 cents spin have won at 27 cents too, started playing with 20 dollars plus 20 bonus have been just over 800 couple times balance now at $675 havent withdrawn yet was trying to get to thousand

Deposited 100 EUR and took the 100 EUR Welcome Bonus. have being playing here for the last 2 days no problems now can play any game, no errors no getting kicked off game everything seems fixed

Glad you came back and checked it out again. Yes, everything has been fixed, we have just finished a major update of our system and the experience has improved 10-fold.

Is there any feature that you like and would like to recommend us to introduce?
 
Guys ... they do not have any reverse withdrawl option ... thats 10points out of 10 from me :)
