I guess there won't be many people from Europe that will try this casino.
I just looked at their Sign up bonus. One for 100% and another for 50%.

Then I saw this rule
Bonus is available only for players from Russia, Ukraine and China

So I think I'll stay away from this thread but good luck

They may have a lot of games but only very few are used to make WR:

ONLY SLOT GAMES with sticker "Bonus" qualify for rollover: Jolly Roger, Lucky Diamonds, Wild Melon, Dragonship, Enchanted, Meadow, Pearl Lagoon, Gunslinger, Fortune, Teller, Ace of Spades, Fruit Bonanza, Cops n Robbers, Gold Trophy, Gold Trophy 2, Myth, Aztec Idols, Riches of RA, Wild Blood.

•After activation all bonus funds and casino winnings will be credited to bonus account and will be transferred to real account after rollover requirement will be met
•Where a customer requests a withdrawal or transfer out of their account, prior to the necessary wagering requirement being met, they will lose all bonus and winnings attributable to the account.

•Bonus is available only for players from Russia, Ukraine and China

As for responsible gaming it claims tools for exclusion in my account but when you press the link there is no such thing, just an information page about depositing and playing etc.

I find this a surprising term:

2.6. Can I transfer money from my RSP Casino account to another RSP Casino player?
•Yes, you can make this transaction. In the "Cashier" menu select "Transfer" option and follow the instructions.

Open to abuse quite unbelievable IMO.

Can't see any weekly/monthly cash-out limits in the terms, weird!

Press on 'our payment page' link and get this:

404 - page not found
Go back to the home page

And this in the terms, obviously when rushing to make the site and copy-and-pasting generic terms from elsehwere into their terms, this happened (duplicate line):

Company is not a bank and funds are not insured by any government agency. Company is not a bank and funds are not insured by any government agency. All funds will be paid, tracked and maintained in United States Dollars, except as otherwise stated, and shall not bear interest.

The terms are very incomplete IMO and it looks like they have just looked at other sites and copied what they feel is necessary. No bonus abuse terms, no max cash-outs and they are very brief.

I've got to say this site looks like it was put together by a ten year-old. Amateurish and done on the cheap.
I wouldn't dare deposit there.:(

P.S. I have never seen a site anywhere, let alone on CM! that has made me feel less confident about making a deposit.

What do you people think?

Haha ridiculous, I will not be signing up.

Also funnily enough, those are the three countries I constantly get failed login attempts to my webmail accounts on

Paragraph 1 of their terms are an EXACT copy of Grand Wild Casino's terms - linked anyone?

Paragraph 5 same as Heavy Chips and Laromere casino?

paragraph 11 same as Lock Poker and Infiniti Poker.

Need I go on??

Red star? All I'm seeing are Red Flags! I might stay away from this one for now at least. A poorly put together site with poorly pasted together terms do not bode well. If the site is badly made, then it's not a good reflection on how it's being managed.

Beat me to it! That's what I'd christen it.

In fact I'm going to PM the Admin because I think

Hmmm. Apparently their poker site used to be on the Cake Network before moving eventually to the MG network. Although their banking system was in-house, the network suffered severe problems some time ago and so they moved. Lock Poker also being a member of that network. So there is an association by at least having shared the same network. I don't think the companies are actually connected, they were merely on the same network, which could explain exact or similar terms I guess? Would have thought they would have re-written them though if they'd moved.

Doing a bit of research I see The Pogg gives it a very high 8/10 for trustworthiness so it might be worth getting his input here - might help to allay some fears.

Thanks, but he needs to check this site thoroughly. It seems to mimic Ladyboy's in appearance, the terms are a complete joke, the dead/false links are abysmal and if sections of the terms haven't been plagiarized my arse is a banjo.

I've never seen anything like it.

I have to admit that the Responsible Gaming section of the site is quite bad in particular. The page itself looks like they have copied the bulk of the text from somewhere else and while it mentions being able to restrict deposit limits and restricting access, it provides a link where it mentions how to do this in the software. Trouble is, I can't find anything in said link that refers to either the quoted information nor such a download. From what I can see, there is no download casino software. Which raises the question, what and how exactly does a player use these protection features? An important aspect of playing online is deposit limits. There appears to be no way of setting such a thing. At least in how the site is designed. Maybe I've missed it? If someone can find it, please point it out!

You can't find it. It simply isn't there that I can see, and the links are wrong. If casinos were car manufacturers, this place would be the Trabant.

I decided to give them the a chance. I've never driven a Trabant and thought maybe this will be the last chance :D

I tried to signup but I didn't get it to work. I clicked on the Support but I was just returned to the previous page.

Looking forward hearing what the rep has to say about the feedback their BBF is getting sofar :p

You had a lucky escape.

And you found ANOTHER blind/false link.

Follow your head and steer clear. Something just isn't quite right about this site.

Hey guys,

Looking forward hearing what the rep has to say about the feedback their BBF is getting sofar :p

I actually like it, as most of your critiques are well-deserved. We start as a standalone poker room back in 2005 for Russian speaking market and most of our players are from Russia and CIS countries. We join Cake (revolution) network among one of the first poker rooms. Later we add casino, was lucky to escape Revolution without giving players problems with cash outs and join MPN network together with adding Quickfire casino product. At the moment we are looking to expand our markets and that was one of the reason for joining Casinomeister.
The fact that most of our players are Russian speakers do not excuse for outdated English terms, but I will deal with it and make it up to date. Plus I'm sure that you will have pleasant experience with Red Star and will not need to look at Terms at all.

Regarding the bonus: I will arrange this to be changed ASAP and will do a CM exclusive bonus as well, that should be ready next week. Bonus terms can be different for each bonus and you can find it in the bonus section of your account. Before using the bonus player will have to agree with the terms.

Regarding the deposit/cash out limits: we do have this information in the Cashier section for each available payment provider. If these limits will be to much or too small we can adjust it individually. All you need to do is contact support. Self exclusion option is also available once you log in to your account.

We do not allow UK players to play unfortunately, as well as players from France, Cyprus, USA and some other countries.

Regards,
Max

I'm happy you said that. I don't think anyone had accepted anything else:)

I just wished you had fixed the site before the BBF because it can be tough to remove ''the first impression''.
I think I wait a week and then take another look.

Welcome to CM

Both first and second deposit bonuses are now fixed and available for all countries except Spain, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, Greece

I also changed some bad links and update Terms and will continue to updating it further

The restrictions placed on certain games counting towards playthrough is a big pain for me.
I play a lot of the games you have on show but none that count towards the bonus.
If it changes in the future i may open an account but until then it's not attractive.

Good. You need to go through the whole site and check EVERY link goes where it is supposed to. The terms are lacking too. When I referred to 'terms missing regarding cash-out limits' I was not referring to each payment method, but generally. So, how much can one player win and cash-out in any week/month??? Where are the more specific max-bet terms?

Language difficulties I can accept, but to release and promote a site with so many errors/dead links and wrong links (especially on CM where we will rip it to pieces) is laughable.

The html editor must've been stoned or missing, it just looks a complete rush-job.

If I were a player who had deposited here, or had won something, my arse would be twitching like a rabbit's nose.

We removed this restriction and now you can play on any slot game

Hi Simmo!,

I just want to quickly address your point here. You're absolutely right that the Trustworthiness stat for Red Star is high. However I'd consider this a quirk of the system I run. They were reviewed over 12 months ago and I've not found any unresolved player complaints. Every casino starts off with 6 and moves up one point every 6 months if no complaints are found. This does have the undesirable impact that if a casino is small or focusing primarily in non-English speaking markets (i.e. players are less likely to end up at me, CM or AskGamblers) that low volume can let them slip through the net.

I'm not saying that is the case about Red Star. In fact I'm just in the middle of doing my bi-annual review update, hence finding this thread, and Red Star are once again clear of any concerning issues. That said, the copied terms that dunover pointed out is enough that I'll be reducing that score. Copied terms says to me that the casino's legal team haven't invested enough time in crafting terms to suit their needs and that's never a good thing.
