last week (FRIDAY)i got free spins at Clubword casinò (i deposited in the past at Aladdins casinò and Allstarslot....never win)
I meet the bonus requirement, and after request cashout ( Only 125 dollars) i have send my documents..
FRIDAY i receive mail ...they haven't accepted my Utility Bills .... " I can confirm that we have approved the form and ID however the utility bill / statement you sent was too pixelated im afraid "...
LIES!!!! my utility bill is not pixelated, my information( Name...surname and addresse ,) can be read easily....
I enclose, a part of this document...is so pixelated??.
After this, i send another scan of my utility bill (the same)(WHIT HIGHT RESOLUTION)...but i dont received any response.
Yesterday, MONDAY at 11 am ....i got their response...." Thank you for sending us a copy of your utility bill however as this has been printed we are unable to accept this. We do need a utility bill in which you have received in the post"
Then......First...was too pixelated, now, they dont accept utility bills printed....
I have send another documents (Different), but it's almost 24 hours, that i dont receive any response...
I have always used this documents in all casinò...never had a similar problems....
The comunications of my checking account are only Online, then i dont get any communication in the post.
i also live whit my parents, then i havent any utility bill whit my name
Do you put CLUB WORD casinò, between accredited casinò?
I dont understand...Pheraps, i have bad idea of the "accredited casino's concept".....
is so unreadable?
