last week (FRIDAY)i got free spins at Clubword casinò (i deposited in the past at Aladdins casinò and Allstarslot....never win)
I meet the bonus requirement, and after request cashout ( Only 125 dollars) i have send my documents..
FRIDAY i receive mail ...they haven't accepted my Utility Bills .... " I can confirm that we have approved the form and ID however the utility bill / statement you sent was too pixelated im afraid "...

LIES!!!! my utility bill is not pixelated, my information( Name...surname and addresse ,) can be read easily....
I enclose, a part of this document...is so pixelated??:mad::mad:.


After this, i send another scan of my utility bill (the same)(WHIT HIGHT RESOLUTION)...but i dont received any response.
Yesterday, MONDAY at 11 am ....i got their response...." Thank you for sending us a copy of your utility bill however as this has been printed we are unable to accept this. We do need a utility bill in which you have received in the post" :eek::eek::eek:

Then......First...was too pixelated, now, they dont accept utility bills printed....


I have send another documents (Different), but it's almost 24 hours, that i dont receive any response...

I have always used this documents in all casinò...never had a similar problems....
The comunications of my checking account are only Online, then i dont get any communication in the post.
i also live whit my parents, then i havent any utility bill whit my name


Do you put CLUB WORD casinò, between accredited casinò? :confused::confused::confused:
I dont understand...Pheraps, i have bad idea of the "accredited casino's concept".....

Wait, what? You dont have any utility bill after all, since you live with your parents? :confused:

You can use a bank statement as a utility bill, i think.

I send them the original documents (that i previously downloaded in my pc).

They told first, that the documents was too pixaleted...(false) ...i enclose a parte of this....then, that accept only utility bills recevied in my home post ....:eek:

I just checked your account and cashier asked for better copies of the documents last Friday. We try our best to respond to all emails in 24h however there was a weekend on the way and it took little bit longer.

Your account has been verified today as you resend relevant documentation.

In order to get the cash out approved please make at least 1 deposit to validate the account.

I can see that initial pay out request was made on 5th March so 3 business days to verify the account is not a bad turnover.

Please make deposit and I will make sure the funds get processed.

It does make me wonder, Why a utility bill sent threw post? Not had a bill sent in the post in years as all done online now, Surely casino's do no this, But what ever info I have had to send to a casino which is on a rare occasions than had no bother with I.D that I had sent,

Hi spintee,

We do have some guidelines in regards approving documents. The confirmation of address document doesn't have to be the one sent through the post as is 21st century and we do understand that a lot of players may have paperless bills.

Main problem is when player take a screen print of the on-line account and some details are missing or even worse edited and send to cashier. In this situations we do ask for a proper bill, it can be on-line one as long as all information display.

We usually advise player what is wrong or missing.

Anyhow the OP enquiry has been resolved now.

Accredited does not mean the casino does whatever you want, whenever and however you want it done.
 
Problem solved, founds received...

Sorry if i opened this thread, but I was angry, when i got their response about my utility bill...( utility bill too pixelated, and utility bills invalid, beacuse it printed)

i always send this documents in all casinò, never had problems..then i dont understand why clubword, didn't not accepted it.
 
I dont understand this post.

If you live with your parents and therefore have no utility bill, how can you send a printed copy of your utlity bill?

Maybe I didn't read correctly but I read twice. Sorry if I read tbhis wrong I weill go get glasses
