Hi guys, I wasn't sure where to put this, so added here, please feel free to move it to the ncessary place mods.

Fresh off the heels of Slotobank being voted worst casino of the year in the 2014 CM awards, it seems the shysters aren't giving up easily. I received several intrusive spam phone calls in the first two months of the year, and today received an email from a new casino called SPINEMPIRE. It is actually quite professional looking, and quotes Odds/EveryMatrix as managers at the bottom, offering 125% bonus upto 500 for your 1st deposit. I clicked through and immediately noticed slotobank.mailersendblabla

I read thru all the website, and not a single mentioned of anything but Odds/EveryMatrix. Maybe I missed something, somewhere, but with these guys I am guessing not. So this is a warning to everyone to STEER CLEAR. What really jacks my jaw is a supposed reputable company like OddsMatrix keeps backing these guys, so whether GUTS and the other so called reputable casinos are reliable or not, I am personally pulling out any deposits and balances on any casino associated with OddsMatrix whilst they deal with this bunch of crooks. I used to trust this company, and ANY casino associated with them but not it is the opposite. Not least because I am worried Slotobank have/are learning from their mistakes and putting together a much slicker rogue operation and ditch their tarnished name.

Anyway I just wanted to warn people because they have been quite careful to avoid any association with the most rogue of casino outfits in their other casino Slotobank, but appeared to make one mistake in their spam email that trails back to them.

Not sure which way to send my thoughts on this one, however I did get the same marketing email earlier today.

Gotta say my '6th Sense' told me to stay away but this is meaningless they could be fine, just one of those 'feelings'

Today's deposit that I was tempted to try there went to Casino Luck and I busted after the worst 10 minutes ever :p, maybe I should of took a leap of faith afterall

I had a wee look at the site out of curiosity.
At the bottom they have the microgaming logo.Strange thing unless i am looking in the wrong place they do not seem to offer MG slots.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
(had trouble uploading here because of dimensions or something) - look at bottom left corner..

Ah yes. Could be part of an affiliate scheme but raises some questions. Casino homepage has the feel of a RTG brand or modified template!

Thankfully not UKGC licenced so will hold off a lot of UK players!

Sadly wish that was the case. Unsurprisingly, Slotoshit accept UK players even though they shouldn't & most UK players don't even know what UKGC is. Given I was, on reflection, spammed by OddsMatrix with Slotobank when they first came online and trusted them after being a patron of one of their more reputable brands that are UK licenced, it does pose a lot of questions, for both player and the reputable operators using OddsMatrix.

I join up the other night, and made a small deposit, got part way though the wagering and left it over night. The next morning I was unable to log in, I just got a message saying I was playing from a restricted country. So I contacted CS, who told me they were having 'technical difficulties' which would be resolved shortly. I tried again in the evening, and still couldn't log in, contacted CS again, and was told the same again. Then this morning I received an email from them -

Dear Brian,

We are really sorry to inform that while we are waiting for confirmation from UK Gambling Commission our site is not available for playing from UK IP address. You can use hola.org to choose different IP (country) to play with us. Once everything is back we will notify you about updates.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We would be happy to help you anytime in 24/7 online chat or via email support@spinempire.com !

So they're basically telling me, in order to play at their site, I should use a proxy server to pretend I'm from a country other than the UK. Is that even legal?

I had to take a look and they had not just chat who asked if I needed help, but after a couple of minuts reading they asked if I wanted a special deal.

Typically rogue style in my eyes. I just hate it:mad:

No, but maybe Every Matrix will have something to say about that. I think I will give a link to the guy from EM that have an account here :)

Brianmon i just cannot believe they can encourage you to do that considering when you read of non payments due to people using a proxy ip.
Why would they allow you to join in the first place if the UK is on the no list at the moment.

Yeah, and then if you win they will tell you, "Oh no, you played through a proxy server and that is against our T&C's; winnings voided."

Wow. Just wow. So they are actively taking on players from countries they are not allowed to, taking their money and then encouraging them to play through a proxy, thus almost certainly rendering any winnings void. Incredible. That's as rogue as they come.

Maybe some more experienced members can dig into the possible association with Slotobank? As I understand it, Bryan had discussions with them in London where they stated they were going to attempt to solve things I believe. One issue was recently solved. However if the link can be proved then it would appear that they are two faced. While one operation is turning a new leaf, their new operation runs amok.

The link between them both certainly needs conclusively proving though. But I would certainly stay a million miles away from this operation, link or not.

So, how come their IP blocking didn't stop the original registration and deposit?

It looks more like they are scanning and blocking accounts after the fact, and then telling affected players to "use a proxy" for now. They are also using aggressive and deceptive marketing tactics to acquire UK players, even though they are not yet licenced.

They are either breaking the law, or the law has loopholes that are now being exploited by the rogues. Unlike the transition arrangements, applicants for licences now must wait for approval before accepting UK players, but it seems that this lot have decided to allow UK players to register and play for a while, but then blocks their account until they get their UKGC licence (or lets them sneak around the rules by using a proxy).

This could be a cynical ploy designed to prevent them losing potential players who would visit the site, see that the UK is currently a banned country, and will then go elsewhere, thus becoming a player lost to this group once they ARE allowed to accept UK players.

sister of slotobank? :)
Well, looks like they doing good.
Do not touch them, never. Russian oriented and with russian management, they never have any good reputation across russian forums. Slow payments, delaying at all costs, etc.
@Tirilej i bet link you will give to guy from EM will not help anything. No one protect players. EM earns money from slotobank, slotobank from players. If EM is a good company, they should step in while ago when a lot of complaints here was posted with non paying winnings. But where is EM? Drinking champaigne and open new casinos for sure.
Few years ago, just few years, if i see netent software at casino - no worry, no risk, it is easy join and play. But when resellers like EM appears, software become much more cheaper = much more stupid casinos with absolutely joking management start appears.

CASINO OF VLADIMIR PUTIN

Maybe they should rename them Vladobank or Putin's Empire.

Special bonuses available to customers from Crimea. Customers from Ukraine can expect 100x d+b WR unless allegiance to Russia is pledged. Rest of Europe is 150x. Customers from Britain or US are 250x with a withdrawal limit of 1000$/£ per month. Slots count as 50%. All rogue terms apply. Putin's authority is absolute and cannot be challenged or questioned under any circumstances. Otherwise we will cut off your gas.

I think everymatrix is doing the right thing. I have also trusted all their casino's before slotobank. Been paid prompt by all of them, but slotobank is definately making stains to their reputation.

Got the spam email today offering 125% matched bonus and 100 free spins. After reading this thread and a few others, it was deleted immediately. Thanks to all who start threads like this and save punters like me the hassle of playing, occasionally winning and then stressing to see if we will get paid.

I got the Email too. In the picture in my Email is written in the right: Spinempire and on the left: Welcome to Spinemire.. .
They are not able to write their Name correct or do i not understand the joke?
Who the f. is the Emir of Spins? :eek2: :)

It amazes me, Seems like casinos are being given out as freebies now days, You get theses good casinos that spend alot of time, Effort & money to get a good casino rolling, Only to find out there platform supplier is chucking casinos out to every body, Who are not got relevant licences ect, It serious putting a bad name against theses decent casinos,

There used to be a time when you could trust a casino & Still can but does not put your mind at ease knowing that there reputation is going down due to other's, This is not just matrix I'm talking about, Take the thread about hello casino, Doing there best to get of the ground only to be knocked straight back down due to the likes of phenix and others,

Well done, Bogdan. This is exactly what was needed. Not so long ago, I would have joined and deposited as soon as I saw EM logo. I wrote in other thread that you're not to blame, you're taking a leap of faith with the casinos you operate as well and don't know what will happen six months down the line. Thankfully almost all turned out to be more than fine. Bar these two, that is.

Bottom line is, keep an eye on what players think, any complaints and everything's gonna be just fine.
