Whine and Moan 32 red

Man, I never ever wrote on here before... Absolute first time... I hear so much good stuff about 32 red casino... I have to say that it is the absolute worst casino i have ever played on and i play 3 or 4 times a week... never pays out... how do u go through 40 dollars betting 15 cents and get your bet back 5 times... Personally I have much better exerience on jackpotcity, all slots, and even the wrote off spin palace... 32 red is least fun casino on net out of so called legits

hmmm seems its nothing other than just a bad run in a casino which can be happened in any casino

as you posted it in complaint section you should more specific like your winning voided or bonus denied or something like that

if every one going to post a complaint jus bcs of a bad session forum will be full of that


32 red like any other casinos have no role in winning or losing your bets ...

Either you don't understand much about the nature of gambling, or how the software functions with online casinos.

The nature of gambling is "the house always wins" - so the house seems to have won. So what? 32Red runs off of the Microgaming platform, and the RTP is identical for their games world wide. So the same thing could have happened at Spin Palace, Jackpotcity, or All Slots. Your complaint is not about 32Red, but about MGS software in general.

Careful Chris when you complain about "number color". They are a very reputable casino group.

Does it mean you requested a withdrawal and they never paid? Then you should first contact the rep Mark: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/12993/ who is reading this forum daily and very quick to answer any questions.

Or are you just complaining about poor play? That you get on any casino occasionally, the nature of the beast as some like to call it.

I think OP was mainly frustrated at the pay out while playing some of the games on there......probably didn't hit anything or did not get a nice win.......

Really kind of 'rubs me up the wrong way' when I see negativity about 32 Red, more so lately as there seems so much of it.

Sure no casino is a 'saint' but these guys know how to look after their punters in a very good way and I would put them way above the others you mention in your OP.

Like CasinoMeister says when your playing at these different casinos, as they are all MGS software you are basically playing exactly the same game anyway, just through a different operator.

32 red offer varying promos/bonuses etc, from what I can recall before the UK pullout all these other guys offered a 25% bonus now and again and that's it!

Don't let one or two bad deposits/plays put you off, nature of gambling / slotting averages out over a much longer period of time and you 'good times' will come!

Personally for me 32 Red has been my 'luckiest' casino by a mile!!!

Well you are not being fair here I think. I have no problems with ppl complaining at reptuable casinos but his complaint is that he lost.
If he would have won it would be the best casino and lost then it would be the worst casino.

Too me these threads are meaningless no matter what casino it is about, if they have done something wrong then its important that he writes it here but if its just complaint for losing at a casino then this thread is imo irrelevant.

Why was i unfair? There are plenty of newbies coming to this forum and blowing off steam which turns out to be not more than hot air.

I was only trying to get the OP to clarify in regards to his sentence:

hey, yeah I was just not in a good mood that night lol sorry if I offended anyone... It was the fastest I ever got cleaned though...by a long shot lol. Im after depositing on there a few times now, I always forgive when the itch is gone lol... By, I gotta say I have been playing online casinos now for about 10 years now lol. I had given up playing to win many years ago....Now I spend maybe $100 a month and as long as I get a few hours of fun I don't care about winning. Cheaper than a night at the bar and more fun lol... Don't get me wrong, like alot of people on here im sure ive had nights when I dump $4 or $500 and kick myself but its been years since ive done that and in my opinion ( I prob deposited on there 4-5 times) and all 4-5 times i had $50 or so on min bet without a bonus round to play or a big hit and was let down that I never got my few hours of fun.... Now im not dissing the casino... who knows they may have less small wins and more big hits, not sure how it all works but I am gonna start learning though lol. Here is my story. I dont trust to put my info in many places... Back many years ago when JackpotCity used to have their tv adds it got me and that was what I played. I figured if its on TV it gotta be safe lol... Everyone is thinking stupid me I know lol but it was a long time ago and they were not as trusted way back then. I played for years and never ever won.... Hmmm rephrase that never cashed out. I usually deposit $25 or $50 and play for hours going . I often get it up a few hundred but I just play it out and have a ball doing it lol. I never had a good experience on 32red thats all... Just never had luck. Just found it weird to go 4-5 consecutive deposits without even getting a decent hit on min bet. I have never got wiped on Jackpot City or Spin Palace as fast I dont think. Now if I was to guess id say im after depositing hmmm a minimum of 200 times between Spin Palace and Jackpot City and about 5 on 32 red. Its just weird that they were the 4 or 5 fastest times i was wiped... Just bad luck I guess or maybe 32 red is a Casino that you hit big enough to take a withdrawlout of... Anyways a few Christmas ago I was playing Jackpot City as I got a card for Christmas as usual lol and on my last spin before I had no money left was betting around .45 and had .09 left so spun it out and BOOM!!! I won around $500 on 9 cent bet which I never thought was possible... got the 2 5 times things on break the bank with a line of everything lol literally i was shocked... and a little irritated that it woulda been $2500 the spin before lol..Anyways that night I got up to $1100, I was pumped and clicked withdraw first time ever. Now.... I LOVE GAMBLING LOL which was why i cashed before I spent it and then it went into the good old reverse withdraw account.. It said it would be there for 24 hours lol... 3 days later I was down to $500 and I wanted to cash just to say I won something so I called and asked why so slow and I found out I had to send them a copy of my id and a bill with my address for address verification. Wish I knew that 3 days before lol...Anyways I sent it once and 2 days later was still there and got the itch lol and lost it... Apparently they never got it... Anyways im sure im not the only one who did that before and wiped it out lol... That left me a little pissed ....lol alot pissed for a while and honestly i dont think i played for a year lol... Sooo anyways I went on to spin Palace casino and I must say nicest customer service ever... they sent me Birthday presents and all kinds of freebies and at this point I lost faith and only played $25 every saturday night... well $50 with the 100 match bonus they always give you... Never cashed but always got my fun get up few hundred down few... Anyways decided to go back to Jackpot city and been there ever since with my $25 a week expecting to lose cause even if I won a few hundred id spend it back... Now about 10 years later I have had my first cashout in my bank account wooohooo... A few weeks ago I was playing No Worries and had bout $75 and nailed $400 hit on .63 bet.... and man oh man it kept going and going... best night ever. I had so much fun.... was gonna go bed after 30 hour session... I dont do that I just thought it was gonna keep going and I wasnt stopping till it started taking but I got tired .... So I withdrew $1300 off my $25.. half worried what id have to go through to get it... Went zzz zzz wanted to play so bad but held off over 48 hours and I never even bothered to send the stuff in lol i know im lazy and gave in and played.....Left that day at $800 and was a little pissed at myself for not getting on ball and sending in stuff... next day was down to $500 and said shag it im playing and after my 3rd $50 reversal i only had $100 left, I was like where it go lol i never sent the stuff in and I checked my bank account and they processed $250 of it which was awesome but not the $1300 I wanted... If I knew it was gonna come to me I woulda waited another day to get it all hahaha...I was just wondering your guys opinion. What do you guys think of the reverse withdraw accoun?t... He's not complaining about 32red but more about reversals. It's very long-winded but he basically says that he played around 200 deposits at Spin Palace and Jackpot City and just around 5 times at 32red without ever withdrawing. He finally managed to withdraw at JC but after KYC was done he reversed and lost everything. After quite some time (over a year) he finally managed to withdraw the first time in 10 years at JC. Of his initial $1300 withdrawal he reversed multiple times because he thought he wouldn't get his money anyway and he would need to send in documents again (which wasn't necessary since he was verified from years before) and was surprised that they actually paid him $250 of that to his bank account. If he would have known that they would pay he wouldn't have continued playing. He also felt the urges to continue playing while the money was in reversal-mode.

OP then asks us about our opinion about reversals and he thinks if you have a deposit limit of $50/week in place you should also be limited with your reversals by that amount (if I catched this up correctly).

Not a bad idea in itself - having a limit on the amount of reversals, for instance not more than 10% of any withdrawal in 24 hours.

Hi Casinomeister how are you? I totally understand that the premise of gambling is "the house always wins", in an uncontrolled environment and slots are as uncontrolled as it gets

I cant count cards in blackjack and i can't cant control the slots but I enjoy the slots so I still play. Alot of gambling is controlled to an extent though. You sit me down in a game of

Texas Holdem and ill teach you that and we can use your house rules haha. There are ways to gamble and make money though and get the overall odds of winning in your favor.

Sports betting for instance can be controlled and you can take away the advantage from the house. Im a crazy sports fan and every year I profited about $10g on the year playing

Pro Line, Take betting on a baseball game for instance lets say the Toronto Bluejays are Playing The Texas Rangers. Toronto is probably paying $2.30 and Texas say is paying lets

say $3.10. 99/100 people are gonna pick the favorite based on the houses odds. Probably 1/100 say ok I need to know more about the situation. So that person researches Texas

One thing that gets me though is the 100% bonus always being conveniently on a a friday, with two full days of pending reversal (three on bank holidays) as an extra hurdle before being paid any potential winnings.

Well, been one of the mist guilty 'Tin Foiler's' around I almost created my longest ever post, containing a whole host of ridiculous and pointless questions.

However been as it is Sunday I will ask a sensible one instead

Since the acquisition of Roxy Palace, does this mean 32 Red (and sister sites, Golden Lounge, Dash etc) have their own independent server and Roxy Palace runs from the main servers at MG, together with numerous other sites/competitors ??

May I ask why you're asking?
Are you saying that the games aren't random? that you would get a totally different outcome of a game if it's run on another server?

I'm too long in the tooth to argue about randomness of games lol.

I do have a VERY valid reason though for asking , it more or less (if I am right) confirms what I have been thinking all along! - Something I choose to not put in forum, not for any dodgy reasons whatsoever but to avoid the old 'Can of worms' and 'He said, she said' scenarios.

Will it stop me playing at my favourite casino tho, I don't think so
