gowild wont help me

gowild have blocked my account with a 27 thousand cashout pending and wont have any contact with me and claim fraudulent activity I have proof that's not the case but cant get anyone to help me support refuse to talk about the matter saying I must email support whom wont email me back im not getting anywhere with gowild so has any body got some advice that could help solve the matter
 
GoWild was recently Accredited here at Casinomeister so this would be the normal procedure ...

Step 1: contact the forum representative Link Outdated / Removed. If that doesn't work out then ...

Step 2: Consider submitting a Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) , starting with reading the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

However I see that you've already submitted a PAB so I'm a little puzzled why you are now posting this. If you've read the FAQ as instructed in the PAB submission process then you'll know that posting on our forums about your issue while you have a PAB in progress is a violation of the FAQ guidelines and puts your PAB at risk of being cancelled. So ... wtf? PAB or post, which do you want?

They have just became accredited here again so they have an active rep.

First thing to do is message the rep https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/23337/ detailing your problem and ait for a response.

If you are not happy with the response then next step is to file a PAB if you believe you are doing no wrong. Before filing the PAB make sure you read all the rules to filing it first.
