I ask when is the best time to call it a day when playing on a slot?

It's just that I had some runs on JP, 126 spins and had 6 bonus rounds, Ranging from £2.20 -£ 17 My biggest win was 23.55 and that was in base game, I went from £70 to £135 after about 500 spins not much I no but got a wager to do and these runs help you out,

I quit at £115 because for about £20 I had nothing, If you are not in it you can not win it, after all those small wins and £20 with nothing is what I call shut the game down, So what would you's do? Keep playing on the same slot, I have done many times untill 0p left

Its kind of hard to say for me what I'd do. If my balance was under $100 and I had $20 of dead spins I would definitely leave the game. If my balance was say $300 I would probably give the game about $40 worth before I ditch it, with $20 staying at same bet and the last $20 I will raise the bet to double the initial bet.

Sometimes after that general feeling of the game starting to sink I would give myself something like '30' spins to hit something of note (x20 base game, bonus game or free spins) and after that if nothing happens I will leave. If I play a new slot for the first time and I don't hit anything in 50 spins I'm out for that session, but if I happen to like the feel of that slot and its payout potential I'll be back another time to give it another go.

I don't think theres a real set rule for me. One thing that I still remember in the past is going from $300 down to $0 just playing immortal romance and $350 down to $0 playing tomb raider. Those times I just could not believe how after being so hot how cold it got and I was caught in the twilight zone hehehe. I definitely wont let that happen to me anymore because I used to only play at the one online casino. These days after even a moderate win I will cash out and move onto another casino :p

I would stop playing at vera and john for starters, lol.

Worst site ever for bonuses and value for money.

Unfortunately spintee, there's really no good or bad time to stop playing a slot if we are to believe in randomness.

If we knew the right answer, none of us would ever lose.

I often try to rely on my "hunch" - is there gonna be more after a few good wins or will it be dead spin after dead spin? Unfortunately, I also have the tendency to play the same slot until I hit bottom, especially if I am addicted to a particular game, like Piggy Riches. When a slot is dead for 40 spins (or only smallish wins) I have to force myself to leave the game. But then I'll reopen it and hope it's in a better mood...:D

This is quite hard question to answer as there has been so many times when i have decided to quit the slot but then right on the last spin i get a good bonus or a win so because of the randomness of slots its almost impossible to know when to leave a slot.

I do 10 spins each on my fav slots to start with and then whichever gives me most on those 10 spins is the one i'm gonna do 100 spins.

I generally set a target for a slot e.g If i start with 50 quid and go to jurassic park, i have 2 targets if i touch 40 i leave the slot or if i can double the money i leave it then come back to it later. But if im having one of those sessions where you get bonus round every 20-30 spins on average i tend to stick to it until i cant hit another bonus or big hit in 100 spins

Cheers guys, I nether express my words well, But you either get a good hit or lose stright away, Its hard to get a decent game now days, so when there paying shit but balance builds up its hard to tell whats going to happen, but as you said psychogene its very easy to 0 out,

@Azzurri my old friend :) I not deposit much there alow it has been so tight for me every time I play there I did get my near 200 quid of doa the other day 0f a 9p bet, I only deposit small and try to get on the board with tourney, This was a £100 I won from there and got a wicked 40x PT, piggy wolves just took 30 of my balance,

I got another reason for people not to play there, 5 squiders to withdraw below 50 notes, Unbelievable but true, For small rollers like me that deposit 10 - 20 and want to withdraw 30 -40 than its outrageous & plus the dosh it cost to deposit, Not alot and I can live with that one but the £5 is a piss take, I bought this up in a thread some while back and the charge is still there, If VJ does see this than I better get some free spins as no happy, & pretty sure gambling commission should not let this happen, I am that annoyed I might even take this matter further, What use it be I not know but for god sake £5 charge or under £50 thats more than a 10% charge and abit more when take the deposit fees

I got hit with the £5 charge on my first withdrawal from VJ. Since then I haven't really deposited much there at all, not when I can play elsewhere without the fees.

The best time to leave is when you hit over 800x bet sure it could keep spitting out wins/or be on a roll but normally it will eat you up in minutes. Regardless which slot it is :D

fishparty

On my birthday last year i was given $10 free from jackpot city, after just a few .60c spins on fishparty i managed to get free spins, and on my 2nd last free spin won a whopping $790.00 in one spin alone. Then didn't get any more free spins on that or any other slot, and lost it all.... wanted to kick my bloooooooooooody bumbum, just kept telling myself i started with nothing so i lost nothing.... aaaaargh :(
