I have just logged in to this casino and it looks like they have had a revamp, The bonus bar has now been changed and has been reset, I do not think this is fair, Any body else in the same boat?

Thankyou for providing valued feedback, I did try and call you a couple of times.

We've given 'Spin Genie' a brand new makeover. Based on customer feedback we've now added new levels, adventures and bonus games to Spin's 'Quest', as previously many users were stuck on the highest level with nowhere else to go.

We took the decision to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to collect all bonuses across all levels and we have reset everyone back to the first level so nobody misses out. Had we left everyone at their previous levels then they may not have had the chance to claim any of the new bonuses - I hope this sounds fair to you.

Remember, you can simply advance through the new levels by spinning slots to get XP. Your new levels and XP progress are now clearly displayed on your homepage, towards the top of your page.

A couple of things, The bonus world does not load up when using chrome, Its ok on Opera but get errors

I have had a few small deposits and every thing runs smooth, Im yet to see any lag or errors, Unlike my normal haunts where constant struggle to get a few spins, & a rep on here makes things even better,

I can also confirm he did ring and had a few minutes chat, Great stuff, Just hope some more games come sooner than later, But I would prefer a good running site than trying to go over board and getting bad play,
 
Right Some feed back on the site,

I will start with £10 deposit on the site this morning, My 100% bonus went on instantly and comes with a 30x B wager, I played for a good amount of time before I had a clean up and put some dinner on, had dinner and some more games before I was picked up to price up some work,

Came back and managed the wager with about £40 left, I think I took out £30 to test the withdraw process, But as I mentioned in another thread the withdraw still stays on balance,

(Email) You can continue to play with your current balance until your withdrawal is processed but please note that if your balance falls below the required amount to process your withdrawal request, it will be automatically cancelled
So I took 5 free spins what I had built up on my bonus bar and won 25p I went to see what would happen if I try using the 25p and you guessed it, Automatic pop up telling me that my withdraw has been auto reversed :(

At this point the 25p had now a wager of £7.50 attached to it, (rep can you confirm if you can withdraw while bonus is active?) If not than this is a flaw, As you will have to wait until withdraw is processed before you take any think on the bonus bar as will eat in to your cash,

I was lucky as built my balance up some more, Going to withdraw again now to test but will not be able to use any of my bonuses until its out, as cash balance gets used first,

Other than that I not had one error or lag, I honestly can not remember the last time I had a hassle free game, Fells like I have grone a few of my natural colour hair back today :)

Glad you are enjoying the games & yes you can withdraw when you have an active bonus although you would forfeit those bonus funds at that point.

Just received message & email stating withdraw been processed, took out 9;40pm Sat and out 2;30pm Mon, I update when hits my bank

No, Unsure if the rep marked my account as ok, Well till you get to a certain withdraw amount than most will than ask, I can count on one hand how may times I have been ask for I.D in ten years, But as in U.K than I guess they can do some easy checks if need be, Worth go, Not a great deal of slots to chose from but every thing is hassle free, No error's / lags & any bonus is instantly credited,

Also an active rep here so puts you on ease abit knowing you are in safe hands, I do not really give much credit to casinos but I think this one is worth it,

One thing if they start changing wager requirements ect and start adding games only to get aload of errors than I eat my words.

I do not no how the whole operations work but I no gaming realms have castlejackpot that runs from the IPS network, & all there sites is constant errors, I have a funny feeling that CJ does do things different from the rest of the group as when I get messages from the sites I have signed up to from IPS than they all come at once to all the sites Im signed up to from them but nether one from castlejp? The games all load perfectly, I've had no crashes or lag whatsoever (or funny balance activity, which is the norm for NetEnt lately). The withdrawal process is daft; a 48-hour pending period is bad enough, but to not actually remove the withdrawal from my balance and then tell me I'm free to play on is just... stupid. I'm warned that if I play below my requested withdrawal amount, then said withdrawal will be cancelled.
This also means I can't take any of the host of bonuses that I've earned. Because if I do, I'll need to wager basically my entire balance (thus cancelling my withdrawal) just to complete the WR for whatever bonus I take. Why not remove the withdrawal from my balance and place it in a separate pending place? I don't get it, and I've never seen that at any casino I've ever played at.

Verdict: It's a good casino, but you're doing it wrong. 5/10

Betathome used to do this too.

Awful system.
 
It's just to tempt people to keep playing on, so they don't even have to go to another screen and click "cancel/reverse withdrawal".
It's worked in my favour because I initially withdrew* £460, then played on and withdrew* £600, and finally played on and I've withdrew* £1000.
Not going near the place again until that is processed.

*I use the word withdrew very liberally :rolleyes:
 
As I pointed out before, I tried using one of my bonus wins when had a pending withdraw and auto pop stating withdraw been reversed, Thats the trouble you have to wait to withdraws out before you take any, Alow the rep said you can withdraw why bonus in play but that is just plain crazy & pointless

Well done on your wins, i did see the screeines :) Yes they are lacking games but its good to have a play without constant errors
