Question silver oaks casino

Before you do that I suggest you go up to the right corner and do a search for the casino.
You will see a lot of not so funny threads.

Before you sign up to a new casino always do a google search, and after the casinos name you put in words like rogue, blacklisted, complaints and so on.
It usually gives you an idea if it's an ok casino.

I also believe that others will add some information after me :)

You do realise that asking this will open up a whole can of worms lol.

Anyway Silver Oaks casino was rogued for many years due to many issues. They are part of the virtual group and are now in the reservation as they are trying to get their act together and Bryan has decided to give them another chance.

A lot of members will never give them another chance due to past failings but as it stands they seem to be paying winnings etc. tho they are quite slow payers. If you decide to play there at least now they have an active rep and if you are having any problems it should get sorted and you can now PAB if anything goes wrong as they are trying to sort out any problems.

Might be safer places you could play at but in the end if you do decide to deposit there then you should get paid okay albeit slightly slower than other casinos.

By 'slightly slower' Paul actually means 'a LOT slower' :p but there are other players from the US who say that payment delays happen even playing at good RTG casinos, so you might be ok with it. Just so you know though that it could take up to 3-4 weeks before seeing a withdrawal, that seems as though it's standard for this group.

I would avoid this place like the plague. If you want to play RTG try Club World. They will treat you fairly and pay you in a timely manner when you win.
If you just want to give your money away, there are probably a lot of good charities in your area that could use a good donation instead of giving it to these bozo's.

promotions

To be fair to SilverOak, they will pay slowly, but their promotions are way better than any of the other casinos discussed here, so it's your preference. They are in reservation and Bryan says almost all complaints have been resolved. I'm not trying to plug or shill for SilverOak, but the level of animus towards them is, IMHO, overstated. Not quite throwing your money away. Personally, I love promotions and getting extra money and time to play, so I enjoyed this group very much. Did I have some collection problems, absolutely. Did I eventually get every dollar, yes I did.

Silveroaks

Love playing at this Casino. Payouts (if I ever received them) are good. Good bonuses and more than courteous VIP Hostess, Jen Amato. It has just been more than one month since I made my first withdrawal and have been told it was coming by bank wire and so far, as of today's date, nothing has been paid.:(

Wish it wasn't like this because I really enjoy playing with them.

It's been just more than a month...And you are okay with that?

I haven't played at one of these casinos since I found Casinomeister, and I think they are all RTG casinos. There are so many RTG casinos that take US customers, wouldn't you want to play at one that will pay you in 7 to 10 days instead of waiting "just more than 1 month" to get paid?

In any case, I hope you get your winnings soon.

30 day withdrawal is the norm for this group. Have had many withdrawals in last few months from them and quickest one was just under 30 days. So it is a LOOOOONGGGGG wait, but worth it if you hit a good one.

Just got to rotate casinos when you have a withdrawal sitting there. They do not remove it from the deposit window either, so the urge to redeposit it can be mighty tempting to others (got over that many years ago myself) so make sure you have a good group of casinos you can rotate and play at while waiting for your monies.

You are correct! Just got the first large withdrawal and I am a happy camper! I now know how long the wait is and I am ok with that. I have already started rotating casinos.:D

silver oak is cool

the no rules deposit bonus-promotions are really outstanding. they might have been a bit rude in the past, however that was before i started gambling. had several withdrawals from deposits and freechips. it took only about 12 days till i recieved the money. my cashflow gambling at those casinos is overall positive (why i got already bonus banned at a sister casino).

support is very nice. i signed up there because i read that cm put them from the rogue on the watchlist and thought thats a good idea to find out if they are okay. my experience with them is very good.

disagree totallly, respectfully

I played at ClubWorld for a few years and made probably 500 to 1000 deposits with them..... I moved this last year to AceRevenue and have received already far
more VIP treatment, handholding, help, regular communication and fast turnaround on any issues. While payouts do take about 7 to 10 days to get, I've had no issues
with any of them and I've had several.

I spent considerable time with Inetbet, ClubWorld and JPC and by far AceRevenue is the best for VIPs..... JPC and ClubWorld might be faster with payouts but you can't even touch the VIP service that Ace gives.... they've shown me more special treatment than all other casinos combined...

If you do sign up and get to VIP status -- ask for Joe ; he's a great guy. But I do understand the "history" here and how some might not want to take the chance.
I did and so far very happy the last year with them -- I haven't played anywhere else.

Well folks, playing with them will be suicidal. USA players have much better RTG options. Why take the risk?

Chuchu,

I don't think you are being fair with this comment. The group is in the reservation and apparently have had very few or no unresolved issues in a very long time. It's true that the payments are very slow, but I believe the CM community is aware of this. It's a tradeoff, slow payouts and great bonuses vs lower/no bonuses and faster payouts. I'm not saying which I would choose, but that's player specific and to say it's "suicidal" is not fair. Just my two cents here.

Yeah Chu I agree with you. IMO its absolutely absurd to support someone that takes 30 days to pay. We all know the reason for the lengthy process is to give you as much time as possible to reverse it. What is it 7-10 days before even processed? At the same time you also have 2 brand new members giving them kudos, of course they can be sincere but whenever I see a new member giving a bad casino props I always figure there is an agenda.

One word: Bonuses.
Yes, those ones whose death is now discussed in the sticky thread above. The Ace Revenue / Virtual groups offer good bonuses available to play on most games, and do not impose stringent restrictions. And they do pay out your winnings (in 30-60 days, yes).

You can get bonuses in Golden Euro but only to play the slots.
You can get bonuses in Club World, but likely no more than 55% of your deposit
You can get bonuses in SlotoCash but the bet is restricted to no more than $6.50, meaning you cannot even double or split when betting $5 on blackjack.

So that's why. This of course does not apply to players from outside the USA who have a larger casino selection. But Americans do not have much to choose from. I just posted a thread in the Industry Discussion forum which contains some (not so) fun stats to this point.

IMO USA players certainly deserve better than the likes of Silver Oaks. It is clear they have an intention to delay payments to players as there does not seem to be a valid reason as to why a period of 30-60 days is required for payment. For things outside their control I can understand but like Virtual, they keep the cashout amount in pending status for at least a month. With cashouts of a few hundred bucks many players wont mind but when the cashouts reach four-figure sums or even five-figure sums you night get worried. Some players are happy with the bonuses which give them extra playtime. Fair enough but if it takes you one to 2 months to get your money you are unable to use the amount to deposit at another casino to get your entertainment. For me, the intention to hold others' money hostage without any valid reason is enough to raise red flags.

silver oak

Chuchu I have over 20+ cashouts already with silver oak in last year....all arrived within two weeks of time I requested..... Longest took 17 days total..... I've been here at cm for years...my input should be respected....

Longtime u.s.a. player at rtg.... My 2 cents...just trying to relay personal experiences

2 Weeks is still pretty good amount of time. Most people say they get paid in 30 so maybe they give you a little more attention, VIP status or something.

True... BUT.... it's MUCH faster than what I was getting with Jackpot Capital (Accredited...eh hem) who mailed me a check after a week which is drawn on a Canadian bank which then took 5 to 7 weeks to "clear".

So that means SilverOak (for me) and its sister casinos is 3x faster than what I was getting with an Accredited RTG casino. My scenario might not apply to all and yes I'm sure being an upper VIP level helps, but again, I just hate to see all doom/gloom here when I now have almost a year experience playing with SilverOak and have not observed any "rogue" behavior at all. Any issues are resolved in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. I would like to see the ability to "flush" a pending request on demand -- so that is my only area of concern, but I'll live with it because not all casinos do that anyway. Hopefully those stating "30 days" will be heard by the Casino and they'll make adjustments to ensure non-VIP players get faster payouts as well.

Silver Oak has been fair to me

I have to concur with "jimb123" in that I have played at Silver Oak and their sister casino PLANET7. Average payout time is 3-4 weeks. Customer Rep has been more than helpful in making sure I keep spending money there. Ain't that what we want from someone we do business with??
