Hey everybody,

As most of you already know the RTG brands from RevenueJet have gradually become more and more sadistic with players.

LOCO PANDA CASINO, GRAND PARKER CASINO, CLASSY COIN CASINO, ONBLING CASINO, RUBY ROYAL CASINO = Pure evil :(

Long story short, I had an account with them (Loco Panda) for about 4 years until today. Back in the days when they launched payouts were slow 10 business days, but they used to pay according to terms and conditions on the 10th business day so I though that's ok.

Continued to deposit at Loco Panda until September 2014 when I was lucky a bit to win $700 and requested a withdrawal. Then first I heard about their 60 business days security check (not just me other players were trapped with same rule). And guess what, even after 60 business days they keep cancelling your cashout and keep in complete silence about what is going on...

So, I decided to end all this today by contacting them on live chat:

Are casino's like this just taking advantage of the American regulatory attitude to online gambling, i.e. they dont give a damn about the customer as they know that nothing will ever come of any complaints that are made, and that there is no legal route to take to recover any money that is confiscated?
 
if you used a credit card you could claim they where a scam company and get the amounts sent cancelled and watch there credit card unit cook :)
do whatever you can if your not getting your cash make it so they cant take anyone elses so many ways to get your moneys worth if you think about it
outside the box is best

Well we bash the players who try and go around a casino's term and they get banned from playing at almost all the casinos but what about casinos that defraud players? I mean a player gets put on some kind of blacklist which essentially means they can never withdraw their winnings from casinos of same software or even different software in cases.

Could anyone get these guys (rogue casinos) that defraud? I mean a lot of people who are new to online gaming get sucked into these big bonus offers, i was lucky as to never win of a rogue but its the first time I am admitting it, i made around 20-30 deposits at rogue casinos before i found casinomeister. I didnt win but i wonder if i had and not got paid, I wouldnt have continued playing online for sure.

Casinomeister and likes do a great job in putting the info out there but isnt there like an authority that can catch these guys and put them on trial as that would be a great big lessons to all the rogues, it wont finish the problem but i think it would be a great deterrent

Or maybe a member can suggest an alternative on how to stop these people preying on innocent gamblers? I know its impossible to trace who the real people behind it are as they are licensed in lands unbeknown to us and they wont bother but there has got to be an alternative
 
So, now they punish players for being patient whilst the 60 day check takes place.

The whole thing is clearly a set-up designed to make a player lose their money. If they are active, they lose the withdrawal anyway, problem gone. If they wait patiently, they still lose the withdrawal because of this BS excuse.

The long term stalling whilst dangling the carrot of eventual payment is designed to get around a chargeback, yet still screw the player in the end once they have passed the window available for going to their bank. They are taking advantage of the code of honour that says players agree to forego their right to make a formal dispute via their bank for the good of the industry as a whole.

A player would have to be insane to carry on making deposits at a casino that seems unable to pay a minor sum like $700, even after they have had 60 days to win enough from other players to cover it.

They will be able to make a great deal of money though, because they win no matter what the outcome by either winning the player's money or confiscating it after a 60 day stalling and runaround.

The writing may be on the wall though, the US has begun to allow state level online casinos, and this will offer a decent choice to some players when the alternative is the current crop of mostly rogue casinos left behind after most legitimate operations pulled out.

They can only be stopped if players stop depositing, but this does not seem to have happened before with any rogue casino. There are always new and naïve players to replace those who realise they should not be playing here, so the money still comes rolling in.

What this guy or lady wrote in livechat is an insult, esspecially the part with the "adrenaline" and between the lines she said: "don´t expect to get paid from us rogues, you don´t deposit with us to win, just for entertainment, didn´t you know that? were you so stupid to think you would win real money by depositng real money with us? No, we turn your real money into unwithdrawable play money, loco loco my friend. But hey give us some more of your money (activity), and if you lost enough, maybe we will be so kind to pay you a bit back (only if the amount of yourt money we keep is bigger than your cashout, remember you dont play to win), but don´t forget, there will be another 60 days "random" security check, and you may wonder why this is always for 60 or 90 days, it is because to prevent you from the bad idea to charge back your deposit you made to fraudsters, we call this security in our best interest ;)

Sorry, these outfits have to be shamed and ridiculed all over the net. Don´t give these clowns the benefit of closing your account forfeiting your cash!! Publish your case anywhere, here, gambling grumbles.. etc.. this bad publicity sometimes changes things.. Look @ the Virtual group. It hurts them much, allthough they wouldn´t admit that.

In my early days i also made the mistake to play with 2 rogues, i chased them down, and in the end got paid. One casino even paid me after a few years.. because i didn´t give up.. I even chased down the new owners who then paid up the bill.

So don´t give up, 700 bucks is not to give up on! Not this way, and not to this kind of people!

People giving up, that´s what they want, that´s how their whole buisnesstructure is implemented, prove them wrong!
 
We all know this group is horrible. The only thing I don't understand is, why OP did you give up so quickly and only request deposit? Obviously you have been waiting for a while, but it seems this conversation hasn't been too much after 60 days. Why did you give up? Why did you decide to let them win?

I was curious how this will end up, but I feel so sad for other players being trapped by the same criminal operation.

Lets see now if they will at least refund my deposit. I really doubt, but I am happy to share this experience with you and Casinomeister.

And people are not stupid or idiots to deposit at their casinos, it's just the industry A big Jungle out there. Most players are unaware of their evil finance team and they got distracted from the kind support and bonuses. Their strategy is to give you the best bonuses and support, but when it comes to cashouts they start playing Evil.

And to add to this, they had a big stand at LAC, now what money can't buy?

I work for this industry and these bad practices make me nervous all the time. But of course we always have the option for safe online gambling.

The point is why such evil organisations are still in operation? I guess I should include regulations, corruption and all sorts of other things.

Any significant cash-out results in a 2-month delay while we scratch our arses and hope you go away or reverse.
If you have the audacity to wait the 60-days out, we'll then invoke some fictitious 'idle account 'clause whereby because you were wise enough to avoid depositing again, we'll use that fact as a reason to non-pay.

The clue is in the name 'Loco' used in some countries as a term for mental illness. To deposit at Loco Panda you need to be mentally ill.

The chat 'host' was trying not to laugh as 'she' embarrassedly said 'I don't confiscate anything' when the OP offered to forfeit his winnings in exchange for his deposits back.

Unfortunately that made the OP sound defeated and desperate, and he'll not see his deposits back as long as he has a hole in his ass.

These people should be rotting at the bottom of a cesspit, let alone the CM 'pit'.:mad:

Well it makes sense why I gave up the winnings. :cool: I am a test player. So over the 4 years I've made a couple of small deposits every 2/3 months to lose and every 6 months I am aiming for a small cashout to check that they are paying on time, but they screwed up :) They didn't like that I was not frequent player that's for sure.

So this was the perfect timing to get them into the NO LIST instead of allowing them more time and keeping calm.

Time was up over 6 months for a small cashout.
They couldn't provide any excuse for not paying.

I know they payed players at the beginning, at least some of them but not all. I also know that they not always paid within the stated time frame.
I hope you know that they also are connected to the Win Palace group so please watch out for them too.

They are already considered rogue here. What's a test player? You go risk your money at any casino whether rogue or not?

Revenue Jet and WinPalace (Affactive) both had fairly big stands at LAC. But then loads of other dodgy casinos had even bigger stands: e.g. Winner, Will Hills, EGO, EuroPartners, 888, iAffiliates, etc.

The guys working in the affiliate teams are not "monsters", most of then are pretty decent guys (especially Daniel who used to work for Affactive - and was once a forum rep here), but at the end of the day they are just employees and have to do what the casinos owners tell them to do.
I'm not racist at all, but all the programs I listed above are Israeli - and they all seem to have a slightly different attitude to business than most of the rest of the world...

I used to promote both these groups when they first came out - and to be fair they DID pay their players according to their T&Cs on their websites (e.g. $500 every 10 days, or whatever) and that was not a problem for me because it was there in black & white for players to see.
It was only when they started this "account under review for 90 days" bullshit a year or so ago and their consequent roguing, that I dropped them off my sites. Since then it seems to have gone from bad to worse with players waiting way longer than 90 days to get their cash-outs - if at all :(

I'm pretty sure that RevenueJet were where I put this red arrow: just between Intertops and Bet365.
Notice the huge Winner stand behind: god those guys are annoying - kept asking me if I was promoting them - when I said "No, because of your rogue policy of holding on to progressive winnings" they had nothing to say... ;)

How much you want to bet that's why they came up with the 60 day security thing in the first place? If you don't deposit again during that time you won't be paid. What a terrible bunch of casinos. :mad:
 
Hi, I am new to this, so apologies for my ignorance but I was scammed 40K

Like the original poster, I was told I had to wait so many days to get paid, then make another deposit. (I play bingo and slots). I won almost $40,000.00 total playing "Trolling for Treasure" at "Vic's Bingo". I was making regular deposits, and always losing, until August of 2014, I had a VERY LUCKY day and could do no wrong. When I asked to get paid, I was then told I needed "SCREEN SHOTS". I was then told , "Sorry we have no record of you winning..." When I won again, I TOOK screen shots and emailed them. I was then referred to security where they then said I "CHEATED" AND "THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME WINNING..." (that was a load of u know what mind u) and Vic's Bingo CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!! They then went ahead and after numerous emails back and forth WITH the winning screen shots mind u, STILL WOULD NOT PAY ME, AND they still continued to call me on my business cell phone asking me to make deposits as they were running specials for VIP's and bonuses. WHAT NERVE!!! I told them they owed ME MONEY for 2 different $2 Trolling For Treasure slot machines that I won on. When they said ,"Oh just a moment...(a pause mind u they came back)... So sorry Ms. Vecchione, we will no longer bother you anymore as your account has been closed for 'security reasons'...". Then they hung up on me. So, I am out money with them, and wasn't given any options. Again forgive me if I am not posting in the proper place, as I am new to this area.
