Casino Complaint Buck&Butler - Not Paying out in time

Hello,

i was playing at Buck&Butler (Oddsmatrix). I payed 15€ via Paysafecard and played up to about 534€. At this time i set a wager&loss of 1€, so i could no gamble my wins away ;)

I asked the Chat if i can make a withdrawl to Moneybookers when i deposit 10€ - Yes, i could the chat says.

I started to make a withdrawl to my Moneybookers Account. After about one day they rolled my withdrawl back with the reason "You have to wager your Moneybookers Deposit 1x".

So, i was going to the chat again and told them my Problem (1€ wager&loss limit). They told me the same, that i had to wager the deposit 1x. I asked them then, if i could withdraw by bank (why not). The Answer was, yes, i could, but not the 10€ from Moneybookers.

Ive done that, and after a few hours my withdrawl was again rolled back because of:

"Correct withdrawal method: Moneybookers (Skrill)

Your last withdrawal request has been rolled back because of the wrong withdrawal method.
Please initiate another withdrawal via correct method, so that we can process it."

I went again to the livechat to ask them what they do ..., first i got the answer i should wait, they speak with the payment Provider. I got no respond, so i went again to the livechat.

The answer was:

"We have now received an answer from our payments team and I apologies for the incorrect answer you received earlier that you could make a withdrawal to your bank. You need to make the withdrawal to your Skrill account but you need first to wager your Skrill deposit before you can make a withdrawal",
"Unfortunately our payments team will not allow you to withdraw to bank. You will need to make a Skrill withdrawal".

And im sitting here and asking myself: WTF?

Someone of here has Contact to one of them and maybe can handle it that i dont have to wait ONE WEEK for a simple withdrawl?

You needed to have read their terms - I haven't but can pretty much guarantee you that they have the standard anti-money laundering clause that "all deposits must be played through at least once before being withdrawn".

As you can't obviously have the play limit raised due to the 7-day responsible gaming cool-off you can only wait out the 7-days and DO NOT REVERSE OR PLAY IT BACK which as I understand it you can't anyway due to the self-imposed limits.

They are acting within their terms which all casinos have so there's little you can do.

The only thing possible would be to ask them to impose an instant change to £10 limit (I know it's a responsible gaming setting) but £10 is hardly going to be 'problem gaming' territory given the circumstances and the fact you have a biggish w/d pending.

The title is a little unfair too - they are paying out in time and will do when you can meet the terms and play through the 10 deposit.

It's like a catch-22 situation. Had you not used Skrill you'd have been OK for a bank withdrawal. You wanted to get money back to Skrill (which leads me to ask WHY you didn't deposit the original 15 via Skrill) so then made a small deposit, so Skrill became your 'last depositing method' which they are then obliged to send the cash-out to.
 
Not possible. I just asked them even if i can give them the 10€, they cant.

Well, it's just a case of waiting. You'll get your money, just look forward to next week. Learn from it.:)
 
Just wait - there is not much you can do.
I played there a couple of times and they will pay you within hours to your Skrill.
 
Well I keep saying, CS do not no there job yet again,

I do not no the £1 loss/win bit (any body explain :) )

But as dunover pointed out its the money laundering business side of things, Another excuse really as they should of let you withdrawn as told you the wrong info, A rep here would of sorted it in no time,

Saying that I thought B&B was an ok site
