this has to be my first disappointing experience with 32red. Yesterday I phoned 32red to transfer my balance from my casino account to my poker account. I was told that there was a current issue with their system and that it couldn't be carried out and to call back later.

As this was an inconvenience to me ( the player) I asked of it was possible for a poker token to credited to my account. I don't usually ask for freebies however they were unable to provide a service at that time and if im honest it did inconvenience me. They said no to this request.

I understand that casinos don't have to give comped gifts to players, however on this occasion I felt it was deserved as they couldn't provide me with a service that they should've been able to offer at the time

Thanks

I'm having everlasting problems with the banking on 32red, I have reported it to them though,

When I deposit it gets rejected at least twice, then works the third time, they say it's an isolated case and nobody else is having problems with banking, but I cannot understand why I am having bother.

I re-installed the casino twice, and did everything else they asked, but it's kinda been left open ended now.

But I agree, you were inconvenienced by them and their system, I'm sure a small token wouldn't have been too much trouble if you are a regular there.

Is it with a debit card or neteller you are having problems. I used to be able to deposit using my maestro debit card and it always worked but now if I try it declines. No problems elsewhere using it where accepted so i just gave up. Occasionally deposit with neteller which works fine but then have problems where my antivirus just goes haywire when trying to use download and as I cant figure out how to allow 32RED without getting a virus warning ive gave up with them totally.

Mastercard. \Works perfect everywhere else, and used to work fine with 32red, just in recent weeks seems to be bouncing it back time after time, but then will work eventually.

Good to know it's not isolated to me, as I keep being told.

:)

i had my cc bonus online alot now i just use skrill with the card or upload via bank transfur poli
if your in australia alot of mastercard transactions wont go through

the issues with comps is simple, casinos have to look at long term, lets say you were given a free chip, and you posted that you got one. Im not for a second saying you would, but lets imagine you did, now everyone reading this thread would know that by phoning 32red and doing the exact same they are entitled to a comp, as hey, XXX got one, why not me? you say you were inconvenienced, be honest, you wasn't there just having some tech difficulty, you didn't lose any money, while i agree 100% they should be able to do this for you, and in not doing so looks bad on them, it simply isnt an inconvenience, when the issue is resolved youll be able to do this fine.

Sometimes people have to understand a casino is a business, just because they dont throw a freebie at you the moment something goes wrong isnt a sign of bad CS, you have to think long term.

As I stated before, I don't usually ask for comps however on this occasion I felt that 'through no fault of my own' I was being delayed in depositing funds into my poker account that some small amount of compensation was justified. Its not a big thing really.

32red up until this point have blown me away with their 'customer first' policy and Ive even written threads on here praising their customer service reps.

On the other hand here is one occasion where they didn't live up to superior expectation.

Wouldn't be too disappointed, they're obviously tightening their belt if recent changes are anything to go by, I suspect very few, if any get "comps" nowadays.

In all the time I've played there, apart from the odd loyalty points top-up (and the Christmas gift) I have never received a "comp", have only ever asked 3 times though, weirdly today being the 3rd occasion after 4 months of dire IR sessions.

I guess you're referring to comps outside the daily Dish of the Day and Red Letter Day bonuses. I received a mail to say I'd been chosen for a Red Letter Day award on Friday after a dire 4 weeks play losing a lot (mostly on IR also) As it's classed as bonus money with wagering requirements I was expecting something good, but found it was a whole £10, about 1% of my losses over the last month! I know they don't have to and I should be grateful for anything, but I'd have preferred it if they hadn't bothered tbh.

I must say my play on 32 Red has been particularly poor recently compared to the 4 or so other MG casinos I play at. I regularly spin up to £50 worth of credit with just a handful of winners of well under £1.00 each. The dead spins just keep on coming which does get particularly frustrating!

Correct I am.

Had another session today, £50 deposit, though it lasted 2 hours (mainly due to the horrendous lag, lag like I have never seen before) it went like the previous many others. I know Dunover will reach for his tin hat, but though I know bad sessions are an inevitability, just feels like something's changed.

As for the Red Letter Days, I was always led to believe the amount received/awarded, for the want of a better word, in a red letter day depended on how much you deposited.

Don't mean this to sound ungrateful, because I'm certainly not, I'm only a low roller but in several years of playing at 32red I have only ever received the £10 RLD's too though I tend to deposit £10-£100 at a time.

My brother who has been a player there just as long as myself, has received several £25 RLD's and makes similar deposits to that of myself.

You did well to get 2 hours play for £50, even taking account of the lags. I usually get 10-15 minutes! Don't know about the Red Letter Days, but I thought the Dish of the Days were the same for everyone, but I could be wrong.

Either way, I hope both our lucks improve soon!

I believe they are, one for Club Rouge members, one for us mere mortals. All the same.
