Has anyone received a payout from 123 Vegas Win / Total E Soft?

I've asked for a withdrawal and heard nothing by email for a week, so phoned the contact number.
Had to leave a voicemail message and voila, my withdrawal changed from 'pending'
to 'FAILED' on the site.
I cannot see a single entry on the web which indicates someone has received a payment from a Total E Soft linked site.
These people seem to have been in business for at least 10 years so they must've paid someone!
Please someone put my mind at ease and say they pay up!

They supposedly have global 24 hour support, part based in Gibraltar, but the business I think is based in Costa Rica (that's what the contract documents said when I was dealing with them). I think there are T&Cs with many Casinos about withdrawing bonus money before a certain amount is gambled - and as to be expected the T&Cs are heavily in favour of the casinos.
I think you should continue with the phone calls, and try and keep positive /friendly if you can, or they'll likely stop all comms (if they haven't already).
I'd be surprised if you have many options legally due to their mainly off-shore structure - thought it only costs around £37 if you decided to try and go to small claims court (and this can be done online). Depending upon the amount involved, you have to make a call on how much time and effort you want to put into this. Can you show that 123 Vegas is owned by TotalESoft, or its directors? Have yo got any proof of your win in email, screen shots etc?
Sorry I can't give any more useful advice - but I hope that whatever action you take if works out for you.

We have replied to a number of emails from this player. The wagering requirements have not yet been met on the bonus received. Once this happens we will certainly pay out the withdrawal required.

Well, THAT is news to me!
I deposited £50 for a £25 bonus. This was to be rolled over x 15
Sports betting counts 20% to roll over which is what I've played mostly
This, by my calculations, means I must roll over (£50 + £25) x 75 = £5625
I have bet way past this amount. Days ago.
What do you make the count so far?

You have replied to emails thus far, but not ones pertaining to withdrawals and rollover counts.
Email me or post on here for clarification, thanks for getting in touch.

This isn't the place for us to post confidential information about your betting at our site, so we will continue to discuss with you by email. You have been receiving the other emails from us, as you say, so that would be the appropriate place for this. Suffice to say on this forum that your betting has not covered the wagering requirements - the contributory percentage of sports betting is not 100%. You have also broken some other rules from our terms and conditions, such as minimum odds, but we have not actioned these against your account as we could have done.

We will continue to discuss your account over email if you are still unclear on the terms of the bonus, but not on a public forum.

Agreed.

If the totalesoft rep is about could you update me on my account? I've sent an email.
Thanks.
Rob

Okay, enough is enough. Since I posted 'agreed' to not discussing my account on here, I've not heard a peep
from 123 vegas win via email so, if the moderators allow it, I'll conduct business via this forum.

I received a pretty immediate response the last time I did this so is the way forward in my view.

The amount requested by withdrawal is £850. Minus the NON-REFUNDABLE bonus of £25, leaves £825.
The transaction code is T140927191150

The website indicates that withdrawal transactions are processed over 24-48 hours but it is still 'pending'
and no request for my identification documents has arrived so I'm pretty sure I'm being ignored.

Can the rep who posted on here, and within seconds via email once I posted my complaint on here the first time,
respond in some fashion, or maybe he went on holiday at midnight that evening?
Is he Jonathan Francis, owner of totalesoft, or an acolyte? My name is Robert Potts, can you let me know who I was dealing with?

I have the Gibraltar address and there's a Welsh address iirc, connected to this firm.
Is there another contact address linked also?
Also, who provided the domain name to 123 Vegas Win?

A reply to this post would be so appreciated, it really would.

Your post on the 3rd. was a Friday so maybe allow for the weekend before becoming impatient? I know that is frustrating but sometimes it's the case.

Thanks for the advice dunover, but I originally posted on the 26th September and received a very quick response on here from a rep. I agreed to conduct business over email and not on here but promptly after my agreement totalesoft did a Marcel Marsaud act
:)

Can I thank blueear for his post on page 3. Very helpful, cheers. Sorry if I seemed ignorant in not acknowledging.

I'd like to email Jonathan Francis directly. The email address he put on a previous post/page doesn't work.
Anyone know an address for him?
Cheers!

They are saying they have responded to you a number of times and I am getting impression that you have never received any e-mail from them ever. If this is the case, you may want to check your spam folder. It could be that they are sending you mail and your just not getting it.

Add them to your safe senders and call to have support send you a test e-mail to be sure you receive it.
I have had problems where I did not receive e-mails in the past. It may even be your ISP blocking casino e-mail. Try a different e-mail address if necessary.

Thanks Googoobucs, I'll do that. Cheers

No response whatsoever from Totalesoft/123vegaswin/Jonathan Francis in Wrexham.
I've been on other fora and the feedback is always the same. THEY DON'T PAY.
Just tried phoning them and the number dialled is 'temporarily unavailable'
They don't even pay the effin' phone bill!

Seriously, how the hell does a firm operating for 6 years, that does not pay ANYONE, not get pulled in by the old bill and shut down during that period?
Isn't theft a crime anymore?

I WILL get my satisfaction in some shape or form
Do they think that they are safe from repercussions because they thieve online?

Not sure if the admins. here will accept it but you could try the PAB service, FAQ here; https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/.

This may not get your problem solved but it could at least evoke an official warning from this site. That may be the best you can hope for.

I know going on and on with thinly veiled threats will most likely not get the result you desire.

Thanks John. The patient approach only goes so far. I've tried it for 3 weeks and have been snubbed or promised
payment (see earlier on thread). I don't like being made a fool of, but I understand what you are saying.
I'll try the PAB route.
Be lucky.

If the PAB fails, take them to court.

Although a civil matter now, you seem to believe this should be treated as a criminal matter of fraud, which is where the police and other authorities will get involved. The UKGC might also be interested because this is a software supplier and white label operator, so will fall under their jurisdiction next year, or even THIS year if any of their casinos are licenced for the UK.

Thanks very much for the advice vinyl. I've heard nothing in 3 weeks about the pab and 2 months plus from the non-payers. I'm going to locate Jonathan Francis and take it from there.

Some cock and bull story about them asking me for i.d. when I have 1 dedicated email account to this firm and can categorically state that they haven't asked for said proof of i.d.
Trying to make me out to be aggressive when they've tried to mug me off like some kid.
The i.d has been sent but no reply has arrived.
They still owe me £700.

Update to come daily.

25/11/14 No reply from my email asking to confirm receipt of my i.d.

26/11/14 - no acknowledgement of i.d. they requested.

Again, nothing. Gone quiet on me. Has this ever happened before?
Not even subtle about stalling now, imo
I might approach them with a payment plan if they are this hard up.
The tarmacking job might be out the question, can still ask though.
