Not been offered any DOTD promotions for three days now.Has anyone else had the same problem,it is either that or for some reason I have been bonus banned. If so I thought I would have least had an email telling me so but nothing has arrived.
Had it confirmed by Mark that I have been bonus banned.Whilst I respect the right of any casino to impose such a ban,it is disappointing that I had to find out via a post on CM rather than being contacted directly by 32Red.

In a way you're right that there maybe should be a warning first. I do believe they don't expect everyone to ask through a post on CM though but that the player maybe will ask them directly
I guess there will be more of that too. Some people maybe just play there when it's a 100% or a 50% bonus and never makes a straight deposit at all.
I just hope they understand the reason then and don't get angry.
I don't get why it matters if a player only take certain bonuses. The player is still a favorite to lose the money and are doing the casino a favor by depositing.
Or?

To get a 100% bonus at 30x bonus wagering is for me a really good bonus...for the player.
Compare them with RTG's 30x bonus + deposit, or even higher that many have.
They give out a lot of bonuses, all to that low wagering. I'm pretty sure it's not for free so I guess they want the players to risk their own money too since they are risking theirs.
I wouldn't want to be out of those bonuses. They are so rare.
Well I have been playing at 32Red for about two years. Not sure if overall I am in debit or credit but there would not be much in it either way. However my last two deposits with a 50% bonus have resulted in a net profit of circa £800 so that has probably influenced their decision.I hold my hands up to only depositing lately when only 50% or 100% bonuses have been on offer although I have made straight deposits in the past.
I thought so
I guess they told you also that if you continue to play there you will get the bonuses back?
I always makes sure I do both kind of deposits. Sometimes it feels better too to play not being forced to have any wagering.
I checked yesterday and I was actually up over $3500 the last 4 months of playing, and I still have my bonuses.
So winning is not the only reason I know that.

I think their issue revolves around the fact that it's paid in £10 increments and the player can w/d any time if not having dipped into it.
The 32red 30x WR, while lower than many is still an EV- proposition for the player. Depositing £100, getting 100 extra would give you a 3k WR x 4% house edge on slots = £120 lost from your £200 starting point. You would expect on average to have £80 left having met WR, thus already have lost £20 of you own funds deposited.
Most depositors wouldn't cash-out a loss on their deposit and carry on playing until a decent win or a bust.

Instead of selectively banning players, the simple answer would be to raise WR in line with other MG sites, to 35%.

Thats news to me, Like PaaskeDKnowUK said, I always thought it was locked in? Can you confirm please 32
No, that's something that dunover invented. You have to wager the bonus
Sure they have been nice sometimes if someone hits big the first thing they do, but that's not something that should be expected.
The wagering starts when you starts to play and should be finished.
