Casino Estrella not paying!

Hi there, I am looking for some advice. I recently registered and played on casino estrella, I deposited a fair sum of money however my luck was in and I withdrew 1000 euro. This was last week. I have checked on a daily basis to see what was happening with my withdrawal. I sent in all verification docs as required and have been told they are fine but still no payout. I have been in contact with live chat who continually tell different stories about why I haven't been paid. They are now telling me that they are changing payment provider and they won't start paying out until next Monday (12th jan) is this right, I am worried that they won't pay as they seem to be playing silly games. I asked the live chat why they can accept deposits but can't payout, surely they shouldn't be operating if they are unable to pay players! So far the worst experience I've ever had from a casino! Any help would be great!

Thank you. They are a nightmare. I hoped they would have a rep on here that could sort the problem or at least explain what's going on a bit better than the customer support!
 
Casino named after Swedish Crisps (chips in Swedish/Danish) They do taste yum yum but seriously that name calls for stay clear :D

Their support constantly tells me to be patient that they have a backlog but refuse to tell me when I will be paid my winnings. Do they have a representative on casino meister? Can you help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should have posted again in this thread - not start another new one on the same issue - that is frowned upon on the forum :(

Casinos Reps are listed under "i-Gaming Reps" in the menu bar at the top of the forum - and no, Estrella don't have one here.

If anyone could help with this not well known Betsoft casino, they probably would have by now.
