I requested a withdrawal to iNetBet, after winning at the casino. I sent the documents, it's been three days, but they have not yet checked my documents.So much time, for an accredited casinò
They Lose time because they hope that I rieverse my founds and i play him?:mad::mad:

i have received my found, but only a part...they told me that they get an error whit skryll, when he try to pay the remaining part of my money :confused::confused::confused:
i have not any limit whit skrill...
i have tryed another time my whitdrawal..

Did you ever send a message to Tom who is the casino rep for iNetBet.eu? Tirilej linked to his info a couple of posts back.

You didn't mention how much you won or how much you've already received, but it might be worth it to talk to Tom and seeing if you can do a bank wire for the rest....?

i jsut send a messag to the rappresentative casinò.
i won 1800 euro, i received only 1000 euro..
800 euro has been reversed by casinò support..( i dont like this)...but i mad a new whitdrawal request, yesterday...

Now, i'm sure that i will have to wai until next time to receive my founds..

I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I remember reading that casinos are limited to the amount of money they can transfer through webwallets during a specific time frame. I don't know if it's based on per day or per week or what - but if they were processing a lot of transactions this week they may have just reached that limit. Best not to speculate, I don't know if that's what the problem was anyhow.

I know you're impatient, especially with the delay on getting your docs done (The first one always takes longer anyhow and if it was over the weekend it can add a couple extra days) but just wait to hear from Tom, he'll get you sorted. iNetBet has been around a long time and 1800 euro isn't going to break them. Hopefully you'll continue to play there and you'll find your next withdrawal with be a lot smoother. :thumbsup:

2500 cap ( inetbet.eu ) but tom has gone above this for me , i doubt you have any worries from my dealings with inetbet , ive have accounts at both although my last transaction was slow at inetbet.eu but having said that i did manage a max cashout of 50 dollars which was paid within hours back to neteller from inetbet , no need to panic OP ,im sure your get your funds :thumbsup:
 
If a player sent his documents after opening account. Then he would avoid dissapointment in case any delays of verfication in case of a withdrawal just my 2 cents ;) IMHO 3 days to verify is in my world not to long as long that withdrawal gets instant processed same day after they have sorted it.

This is iNetBet, and one of the most moaned about problems with them is not responding to email, and it's an issue they have failed to effectively address.

The deferred payment should never have happened as their terms state a limit that means you should have been paid in one go. As for the emails, it is THEY who should have emailed YOU with an explanation and apology for the payment not being made in accordance with their specified limits. You should not even have had to chase them up, let alone have your emails ignored.

They will probably trot out the old "we never received your email" excuse, and this is very hard to prove or disprove, but it's an excuse that has worn thin over the years as it does seem to be a problem specific to iNetBet in terms of the frequency of occurrence, so whatever the problem is, it's at their end.

They are standing still whilst all around them modernise and embrace the latest systems and standards. They must be losing players over these problems, and may not be replacing them as it's the new multi provider casinos that are making the most effort to attract new players.

Hi all! I won 3500 euro last weekend at inetbet.eu and now I have the same problem like italianplayer.

My first withdrawal (2500 euro) was declined on monday, because missing account verification. Ok, i understand this, but at opening my account last year, they told me there is no need for verification, because I´m verified at inetbet.com. So this is wrong.

I´ve send them the documents on monday. The system upgraded my account to vip-status, but really - I don´t feel like a vip there.

1) over 3 days to check my account
2) deferred payment
3) money reversed in my account whitout my permission
4) do not respond to email

I will contact Tom now.
 
Still no money. Tom was not online since May, 11th. Yesterday, after a week of silence they sent me an email, that my pdf documents (utility bills) was not accepted. All casinos accepted my documents so far. Just not inetbet.eu. They want scanned documents, I sent it yesterday. The delays persist...
