Hi,

A while ago I won about 3.000€ playing at winner casino and I requested a withdrawal after meeting all the playthrough requirements.
Winner requested me to send my documents and so I did. Then they asked for a new copy of my ID and I sent it.

After that, they requested me to send a notarized copy of my passport via regular mail. I sent it.. and after a few weeks I asked if I could withdraw but they told me they didn't receive anything. So I went to the City Hall to notarize a copy of my passport again and I sent it . This time they told me it arrived but they said that it wasn't valid (without specifying why) and requested me to send another one.
What I sent them was a notarized copy of my passport by the City Hall; it's pretty much the most legit copy of a passport you can get.
I don't know what else to do, I just feel they don't want to pay me and they are just requesting stuff until I give up.

What can I do?

Thanks,
Santi

What can I do?
Pray.
Unfortunately they are one of many rogue Playtech casinos, which means you can not use the "Pitch-a-Bitch" service here.

It also unfortunate that it must be said, it's a very good name for a casino and many affiliate sites promote them quite heavily, despite the casino's lack of morals regarding their players. (I even listed them myself briefly, until I realised they have the ridiculous cap on Progressive pay-outs and these ludicrous verification requirements. Now I only list them on my

I don't like to send you elsewhere, but as you're unlikely to get any help here with a rogue casino, you could try a different site who promote these $%"£&%$'s, such as Ask Gamblers or LCB, just for example.
askgamblers.com/casino/winner-casino-review-3-r4162
latestcasinobonuses.com/casinos/winner-casino.html

In the future you can avoid all this frustration by avoiding rogue casinos and sticking to CasinoMeister's Link Outdated / Removed.

Good luck,

The sad thing about Winner is its connection to the man that run's Playtech. How can someone in such a high profile position be connected with a casino that has a history of rogue behaviour - he is the Teflon Don!

I just cannot understand how casino's like this one are still able to advertise on national TV.
Heard of many non payments and thankfully ive never played there and never will.

Thanks for the replies.
Unfortunately I played there a year ago and din't know much about casinos.. Lately I've been always checking the rogue list before I deposit money in any casino.
I'll try to put a complain in one of those sites you told me.

Hi.

In LCB Winner casino does not have a warning, yet!!! ( lots of complaints though like yours ) but there is a rep. there but he has not been online since sept. 2013.

His name is Aviv.Winner Casino Rep. Worth a try I would say.

Hi, we have your PAB on file and are trying to get this resolved. My apologies for the delay -- you did file your PAB in August -- but the casino hasn't been cooperative and that always slows things down considerably.

That said we think we've found a way to get to the bottom of this and hope to have a conclusion soon.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. It is required reading for all PABers. Among other things the FAQ details your responsibilities in the PAB process (section 3.11), including NOT posting on our forums about your issue while the PAB is in progress. There are instructons in the FAQ if you need to contact us regarding your PAB.

Thanks a lot!

I'm sorry about posting in the forums, I read the FAQ when I filed the PAB but haven't read it again since then and didn't remember about all the rules.

... didn't remember about all the rules.

There's actualy not that many "rules", most of the FAQ is information. But I take your point, one pass over the FAQ may not be sufficient.

As it happens the casino is now UKGC licensed so the OP has no choice but to take their case to the casino's designated ADR, namely

. The OP has been given the details on how to proceed.
