Casino Complaint Another Win Palace Sucker

I had $8350 "withdrawable" with WinPalace. When I requested my first w/d, they dissallowed $6350 because of some garbage excuse of using a bonus on top of non-bonus money. I got $992 out of them; they then zeroed out my account and then gave me some BS $500 chip I'm sure I won't be able to w/d on. I also have over 100,000 comp points with them I'm sure they won't pay out on. I paid in over $10,000 of my own money over 3 months. I know it's my fault that I didn't research what horrible casino this is. I'm just giving everyone another warning and hope others don't sucker for Win Palace.

that really sux just get what ever you can out of them if you have money pending and they wont pay use the "i want to make sure i get what im owed before depositing larger amounts" line if you have dropped that much so far they will most likely believe you and pay you thinking you will go back
never give them another cent read the accredited list and read reviews and sort id out before deposit so you dont ever have to deal with those rubbish places again

Dont get yourself down about it just make sure they lose out in the long run
