I STILL Play In 32 Red and i will always do ...:)

ok i know some of the most recent decision at 32 red was not that great and tad disappointing

and a lot of bashing is going on about it i still think its best viper MG casino

and i will always play in 32 red ....bcs

This is a great thing bcs almost all casino cripple you when you take a bonus a limit in terms of maxbet limit in terms of game playable
so much hassle but in 32 red its just like that you play the game the way you want

3) Playing for almost a 3 years never been a problem no withdrawal no issues whats over

4) awesome support at support center and here in forum just don't have to wait long to clear anything a wonderful thing

5) ,free chips and red letter days as a special 200% bonuses yes i would say im spoiled

6) Last but not least if win the million mega moolah jackpot at 32red i know there is not a thing to worry as im sure i will be paid

The week end cash out removal was a touch back ward step.. was disappointed about it too but i don't mind the 24 hours pending time as i never reverse a withdrawal

I agree with the op. I know there are endless threads about 32red, but that's for a reason. the only two places I play these days are 32red and bet365

In a previous thread I mentioned that I was lucky enough to make a nice withdrawal request knowing that it would be paid within 24 hours.

all the haters will have to just deal with future threads talking about 32red. might see if there are any deposit bonuses available to use this afternoon

I agree your in safe hands when playing at 32, I do not play as much there now days due to the fact that I have absolute no luck, Not even a fair play, I still deposit now and again and them 200% bonus do come in handy but even that does not even get me any play time,

I no people are abit annoyed about the payout times now but theres still plenty of sites out there that take even longer

The most damaging change they can make for me is to follow Ladbrokes and ban Neteller users from everything. The only alternative I have is a card that has a strict budget of between £1000 and £2000 for the month, and this will put an upper limit on the amount I can deposit, which will result in me only claiming the very best 100% offers (which they won't like), and saving everything when I suspect there is going to be one of those 999 continue tournaments running. Of course if I win, and they say they have to pay back to the card, it will boost the card budget for the following month or 999 continue tournament.

When Ladbrokes made the anti-Neteller change, I did just quit playing there altogether.

I agree with the OP. Yes some great features of the site have been slowly chipped away to the detriment of players and nobody has moaned about it more than I. The fact that they are still the best MG download site by a country mile even with these unwanted changes shows how far ahead they were of the pack in the first place and how they got so highly rated and awarded Casino Of The Decade.
Remember they are a big operation for a MG download site but are dwarfed in comparison to the online gaming giants in profitability and turnover, such as Boyle/Ladyboys/Paddy Power/Bet365 etc. so absorbing processing costs and the 15% UK tax on UK online revenues (which are reputed to be 70-75% of 32Red revenues) is more of a burden for them.
I won't close accounts and the 3 downloads I still use are all in the 32Red group.

I have expressed my concern at some of the backward steps that 32Red have taken myself. I have to admit though, that they actually really do not affect me one jot. Because I never reverse and I don't mind waiting a couple of days for my withdrawal to hit my bank account.
If I really want to carry on playing, I can make my withdrawal and avoid reversing by going to play somewhere else. And it's usually at Dash, Golden Lounge, Nedplay or one of the casinos in the Casino Rewards Group. Even if they are not giving out a bonus that day.

My concern is that these backward steps end up being the start of a slippery slope for them. I sincerely hope to God that it isn't. Because if
we lost these guys, that would be a sad day not just for those who play (and work) there, but for the industry as a whole. Because the more
"good guys" and safe pairs of hands that we have in this industry, the better.

Then why has a withdrawal to a visa debit card, I made at Betat on Christmas day, arrived in my bank account today, a Sunday
That's 2 bank holiday days and a weekend day. Yet it still managed to arrive within the normal time-scale

Maybe they need to change payment processors to the ones that Betat use

Thats one thing I have noticed recently, Banks have got there arss in gear,
I have had payment gone in over xmas, Deposit on 24th to coral and a small withdraw was back in there on the 26th and aload come out, Alow it has Mondays date on there they still hit my account if weekends

That's because 32Red are living behind the times. We now have "faster payments" in the UK, and these are automated electronic transfers, the banks don't have to be open at the branches for this to work. Their other argument was that "card users won't notice" the loss of weekend payments, and they didn't want to encourage players to switch to eWallets. In the UK at least, all their arguments have now been proven to be BS, as both eWallet and card users DO see the same instant payments, even on a Sunday. They have also ignored their own reasoning over the latest change, as card users WILL notice an increase to 24 hours pending and no more flushing.

It seems we were being fed "corporate BS" all this while

I will remain loyal customer too.

When it comes to microgaming slots, I still prefer MG viper casinos over multiplatfroms.
And 32RED is best of them.

Only downside is that they need more and more time to pay, when all other casinos start paying faster, but let's see where this leads... I'm sure they're planning something.

Customer Support is still top notch, and as long as they will not kick me out of Club Rouge i will defnitely get my MG treatment from there

well i will probably play there as well just not as much as i use to. to wait up to 4 days for withdrawal( if you withdraw on Thursday) to a Neteller account is not cool. before if you were playing with your last bux, you could deposit at 32Red and if you won
you knew you get paid within hours. thats not the case anymore so i will play somewere else.
you talk about Costumer support, yes sure i have nothing but top notch support from the staff,
but when it come to informing players of changes being made i think they failed, i never got a mail, when they stopped the weekend payout.
had to read about in here, same now never a word from them with the No more flushing.
im a Club Rouge as well but i wonder for how long, as i have cut down my deposits to 32red i would say a lot because of all this.
