Slotsmagic, I thought I would give you another chance this evening!
It was going great, a win on my first few spins and then minutes later...

Live chat are completely useless saying there is no problem their end.
Things like this drive me crazy, Can I give the winnings back and withdraw my deposit?

I must be the last person on here who has not closed their account?

I am still there and had no connection issues at all. Also slots been working fine so this is not an issue for everyone ;)

I had the same problem with one of their sister casinos earlier, and have had it on their site aswell the last month. But they refuse to admit it, stick their head in the sand, and pretend it doesen't happend.

The problem is only with the Williams Games, their other games run fine. They can tell I'm angry but they play it cool.

"Sir, have you cleared your cookies"
"You could try using another browser"
"Try restarting your PC"

OK, if that still doesn't work shall I just put my head in the oven and be done with it? :D

I swear, sometimes it feels like the CS are pressing buttons to cause these disconnections and silly error messages ;) I can just picture her sitting there laughing herself silly lol.

For long time now Im getting constant errors, (other sites) Mostly on MG, Im getting abit hacked of with the same reply from help, The old cookie and milk routine, Let me tell you its not my side, I even had a new machine and still errors, Yesterday I had a really good day, one error and games was running normally again, Today was running ok than bang, Nothing but errors,

Its all good when playing 32, guts, betat and others but there's a few sites and they all are coming from same (network) It does feel like they are messing about with switches, Really doing my nut in here, Roll on the new year so I can count my losses and roll on to the next playing field, Im really getting beat up here and cs are about as much use as a can of dehydrated water,

The cookie stuff is not only happening on Slotsmagic. If you report a error to a casino 7/10 CS reps would tell you to delete cookies. At least that's my experience.

I guess the reason for this is that these guys don't need any knowlegde about computers to get the job. To me it seems that alot of the casinos are staffed by youths that want a year or two away from school in a nice sunny place where they make enough for a flat, food and to party a few times a week.
Some of them probably think it makes sense, too many cookies makes your computer fat and slow.

But hiring people that know a bit about gambling + computers and speak a Western European language or two other than English wouldn't be cheap I guess. Personally I'd rather prefer CS reps that know a bit about computers and gambling rather than speaking my native language.
