Was contacted by them so wanted to ask which things you didn't like?
Well one of the things they HAVE fixed:
On their website they have a "Recent Winners" ticker - it was saying people won $20,000+ up to even $50,000 playing their slots, which was a complete joke and obviously made up.
e.g. It said “Ying L” won $20,642.00 playing Diving For Pearls = ridiculous!
Now it says much lower amounts - but is still fiction IMHO.
But the main thing is when you play their slots, it takes 6-7 seconds from when you hit "spin" until reel 5 stops.
Now I'm not a huge fan of quick-spin - but the spins on their slots are excruciatingly slow
Should be 3-4 seconds max.
There is a serious risk of players actually dying of boredom within 20 - 30 spins as it is now.
The Auto-play is not obvious - it's actually that little triangle at the top-right of the screen - many would miss that.
Also the pay-tables don't tell you that if you use the "Advanced" feature, you can actually hold one reel before each spin!
Finally - trying to get out of the casino is hard - there are no doors! This is actually something to do with my screen resolution - the top of the game window is above the top of my view - so I can't click on the "X". But their software should adjust for this.
