Problem on Redbet - Has anyone had this error before????

Recently in the last two days Redbet did an "upgrade" and flash games could not be played at that time (which was a good thing as my bank roll was on a downhill spiral)

I logged in the following morning and started playing my favourite game PandaMania. Once this loaded to 100% I received a pop up saying that my account is locked. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Contacted Support Live Chat who said they were having issues earlier with Netent games but the issue had already been resolved. Also, support asked the generic browser and flash version questions which I feel alot of casinos do. But seeing as the games on their end is working, the finger gets pointed as "User Error"

I've tried to explain that nothing different had been done on my end. The only out of routine things that I did was;

*Requested a withdrawal prior to being verified - this original withdrawal was automatically cancelled for not being verified and support sent the email in minutes

*I sent the required paperwork to be verified - Verified the following day and was told that I could now request the withdrawal again

*Created new withdrawal and an email confirmation was sent to say the funds had been transferred.

In the last 12 or so hours, I've tried to log into a few games and the same pop up comes up with the same error. I hope someone's been through this - If not, thanks in advance for reading my post.

Lastly, here's a few more games I've run into the same issue with on redBet

I am still wondering why in 2014 they don't have live chat, or at least they haven't been online this week or last when I need help. So here I am wanting to play and can't because it says I need to verify my credit card because I reached my limit. Well over two hours waiting for an email response. So ya why does casino meister think this is a good casino? Must be paid I guess to say good things.

I am going on now 7 hrs and still no response from your so called "award winning support" I was trying to deposit at your casino, and got the message you must verify your card with a reference number...I use visa debit so this is ridiculous...and because you have no live support I am sitting here on a Friday night not being able to deposit because no one will respond to my emails. You answered faster than your own support does from the casino support. So glad your here, maybe you can help? I sent all emails that should solve this but I have now moved on tonight anyway. BTW my account is verified and etc. so this is just nonsense in my opinion. my username is bjtaz44 on your site if you care to help.

I think I read somewhere yesterday that when you have ''Verified by Visa'' you get a reference number that you need to enter before you can make a deposit.
So I think it's your bank you need to talk to and not the casino.

Not all casinos ask for this though.

It's Redbet being miserable, but seems we can never blame a Casino on this site. It's always the players fault.

hmm maybe theyve over looked something , redbet is a pretty good casino on a whole & has some good reps i doubt they would try to screw you over for some bucks give them time to find the exact problem its the weekend.
