so far everything seems fine. games running super and support friendly.

they could try to explain the max bet a bit better though, needed a bit time until i knew that i'm allowed to bet up to 5eur :)

Iitu: Hi Andre
Iitu: Just a second, I'll check
Iitu: It's normally 20% of the bonus amount.
Andre: ok but is there not a minimum, something like up to xyz is always allowed?
Andre: i received only a 25% bonus on 100 and usually like to play up to 5 eur, just want to make sure what is allowed...
Iitu: Normally it's 20% of the amount you had, for example if you received 25 euro bonus money you can stake max 5 euro
Iitu: otherwise it can lead your winnings to be forfeited
Andre: yeah but i think ther was also 5% fee on deposit via paysafe
Andre: can i see what was the exact bonus amount i received so that i can calculate the 20%
Iitu: Just a sec
Iitu: The last bonus money you received was € 118.75 euro
Andre: ah so you count the deposit as well
Andre: so its not 20% of the bonus received, it os 20% of the full amount (deposit and bonus)
Iitu: it's about the bonus amount, some bonuses make expection
Iitu: In some bonuses the deposit is bound together with the bonus
Iitu: And with the wagering requirements
Andre: so in this case its 20% of 118$ which mans i can play up to 5$??
Iitu: Around 5 euro with the bonus stake is ok and should not cause any issues
Iitu: Both the deposit and the bonus money will be reserved until the wagering requirement is met. Funds from the real money account will be used prior to funds from the bonus account. Funds on the main account will be used prior to the use of bonus funds.
Andre: yeah i get that, it was only about the max bet per spin which was not clear to me....
Andre: thanks!
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to xxxxxx at the end of your chat.
Iitu: Hopefully I managed to answer your question :)
Andre: yeah i'm allowed to bet up to 5 eur thats all i needed to know :)
Iitu: heh, ok :) clarified now properly at least!
Andre: thanks for your help, bye bye
Iitu: Have a nice evening
Andre: you too

Hi Andre,

I am glad to hear that you have had a good experience so far, but I am sorry to hear we have not managed to make the clause crystal clear.

I have been banging my head against the wall with this clause for a long time. We have been looking at automatically restricting max bet while playing with bonus, but with our current setup it would slow down the overall experience for all users. Thus, until we have a proper solution we need to have the clause there.

- The maximum stake per each slot spin / table game hand / video poker deal when playing with bonus funds is 10% of the bonus amount received. If this rule is broken the player agrees that the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided. Exception: players are allowed to place bets up to 5 Euro (€5), regardless of the bonus amount received.

Just a few examples of how it's working:
  • You deposit €100 on with a 200% bonus (bonus grated would be €200 so max bet would be €20)
  • You deposit €300 on with a 50% bonus (bonus grated would be €150 so max bet would be €15)
  • You deposit €1000 on with a 25% bonus (bonus grated would be €250 so max bet would be €25)
  • You deposit €25 with a 100% bonus (bonus grated would be €25 so max bet would be €5, since: "players are allowed to place bets up to 5 Euro (€5), regardless of the bonus amount received.")

I will look over the clause again and see if we can make it more simple.

Review

I signed up with this casino today, depositing EUR 489. As I never learn, I did not have my KYC documents verified prior to depositing (althogh I did email them at that point).

Some 5 hours my balance was EUR 10,000 and withdrawal requested. I asked customer service when to expect account to be verified, and they answered quickly: It takes up to 72 hours.

Its been almost 24 hours by now, account is still not verified and my withdrawal is reversed and lost.

Conclusion:

- From all Casinomeister accredited sites I signed up with, I never experienced verification to take this long (more than a working day)
- Self-control tools should be implemented and withdrawal reversal option removed, to be in line with the highest industry standard like Royal Panda and Videoslots etc.

This is a good site; the customer service responds very fast (tho only in daytime) and I read that payouts are very fast. But they won't make it to my personal accredited casino list without self-control tools and locked withdrawals.

Hi there,

I am sorry to hear you had such experience in our casino, but thank you for the feedback.

Just a heads up with the situation here right now. Our security & payments team work 09:00-21:00 CET. Normally KYC is handled within 10-24 hours, but we leave the 72 hours in case there is heavy load. From what I could see in your case you requested the withdrawals outside the working hours and also reversed before S&P team got back into the office in the morning.

You can always set limits through our support eg request to close account until withdrawal has been handled or set a loss limit for a week for instance (which cannot be reversed earlier since it's a MGA requirement).

We are launching a page where users themselves can set their limits. It's being finalized right now and should probably roll out within a few weeks.

In addition we are looking into the possibility to implement a Flush WD feature.

Once again, sorry for the experience you had with us. I have forwarded the feedback to relevant departments as well and they have absorbed it.

Regards
Robin

Thanks for the comments Robin. Looking forward to come back at a later point!

Did you ask CS to lock your funds? 10k is alot to bloody lose, I am pissed when its a few hundred reversed, And thats about max my take outs lol,

I used to put the blame on casino, Still do but in reality any player should know by now unless your new, That if you cannot hold tight than do not bother unless of course you have the cash spare, But who has 10k spare? Than £20 will not go a miss than :)
Serious, I had to use a new card on a site, withdrawn was in about the right time frame bbecause around 19hrs I had an email about new card and to send scan, withen 10 mins it been verified and funds on the way, But as my acount was verified it was the case of the new card, Different sites have different ways,

As a first deposit and withdraw exceeding 20x that and big amount it would of took abit of extra time to check in any case,

I reversed the money myself and there is no way I can blame the casino. But at the time writing it was a rather upsetting loss in terms of amount, as I normally don't place money at sites with reverse possible and without KYC in place, so I felt like pointing out how they would have me deposit again. ;)
