Let's welcome Slotter and Reelspin to the Baptism by Fire section!

Reelspin gave it a go last year - but we postponed this until they could get more deposit methods lined up. The problem is that since they are US facing, they are unable to open new webwallet accounts.

But both properties are licensed by Kahnawake - which by far is one of the best licensing jurisdictions when it comes to player protection.

Reel Spin Casino give it a go!
Slotter Casino - both powered by RTG

The casino rep affcash is the one to contact. Please address any issues to the rep or post them in this thread.

I don't know if I feel safe playing here after they changed platforms recently to RTG without notifying their players in advance.

On top of this, their Facebook site looks sad because nobody really comments on their giveaway promotions anymore.

They have been saying for many months now that they will have tournaments up and running "soon".. Well, Guess what?
There's No tournaments running.

My guess is that they just don't have enough players to really buy into tournaments... and free tournaments? Forgot that! No one is depositing.

I mean, what can they offer me that Jackpot Capital cannot? The only thing they could of offered me (a unique platform with unique slots) is now gone!
Why didn't they notify me in advance that they were changing platforms instead of doing it overnight like we wouldn't notice? Why don't I get promotions
sent to my email with match or percent deposit bonuses like well established places send out?

IMO Even if they were licensed in VEGAS, nothing compels me to want to choose them over Jackpot Capital for that cheap RTG fix..
Things just ain't adding up for me at Reel Spin.

When I asked the rep a while back ago on Facebook why they changed platforms to RTG without notifying anyone, she
said "Because this new platform let's us offer more options for our players" What a bunch of bullshit.

After they changed platforms to RTG, I never deposited there again..

I liked Reel Spin the first time around. No issues and relatively quick payments.
When they changed from BetonSoft to RTG I lost all interest in them. I already have an RTG that I play and trust, so they bring no added value to me.

I'm on the same boat as you. When they had BetonSoft their Facebook page was rockin'. Now it appears that
a lot of people have lost interest in them. The biggest blow to be was them not notifying us (the players) about this
wretched moved.

Never had a problem with them

I have played them for a while now and never had a problem with them, including some rather large cashouts, so I recommend them strongly.

Hi X-Raided,

Please accept my apologies in the late reply. Firstly, I would like to thank you for you feedback, we rely on this to develop and improve every aspect of the Casino.

When we changed platforms to RTG, we did notify our players both by email and also on our Facebook page. This was to inform them that we are changing and transferring all their balances on to our new systems. I am sorry if you did not receive one, although I cannot see the exact reason at the moment, this could be to a number of reasons, for example; if you have previously unsubscribed from our emails, the email bounced, mail box full, sat in your junk box etc. However, if you would like me to try and find the exact reason, private message me your casino login and I will be happy to investigate in to this further for you.

Although we are quite a fairly new casino at the moment, we wanted to ensure that we set up a good foundation for our players and then build upon this. We wanted to ensure that everything was set up and running smoothly, so we decided to do a soft launch to test and check how users friendly our new service was. We do have some big and exciting plans for 2015, and once confirmed we would love your feedback on. We have now set up an email platform to start contacting our players and you will notice over the next couple of months that we have improved.

The decision to change to RTG was simply because they are a well-established software provider. We felt that there was a lot more game choice and we can offer a higher level of support to our players. You will start to receive more contact from us over time and I certainly hope that we will be able to improve your view of us, as I believe we could benefit from your feedback.

Many Thanks,
James

Saying hello to all

This is here because I was making my first post and it was an introduction.... lol. when I realized it, tried to delete it, couldn't figure out how... so I found the edit button... and when I deleted the message, it said the post was too short, so NOW I'm just writing something in to let people know why this post is stuck here! I put it in the wrong place and couldn't get rid of it. Make sense? Help

I have not made my first deposit yet. I just do not like the plainness of the casino or the lack of perks like , no tournaments. I will wait to see a few more player comments and experience before i decide to deposit.

Are you taking notes to the issues ReelSpin/AffCash Casinos?

What separates you guys from the plethora of other RTG online casinos?

The only distinguishable trait you guys had (the previous software you used) is now gone...

If you remain stagnant and don't separate yourselves from the rest of the (established)
RTG casinos out there.. Well... You'll just remain stagnant.

Even then, to be totally honest, I don't really want another RTG casino.. I want the Reelspin
I fell in love with prior to the change.

I really want to switch and make Reelspin my main squeeze so to speak when I get that gambling itch,
but there is no real drivable force anymore to make me want to do this. It's kinda like you guys are the
cute, quiet girl with the glasses in the crowd at a rock 'n' roll concert.

If it's too late to switch platforms, fine, then so be it. But if you want to be a main contender using the
RTG software, then you should really think outside the box and find ways to separate yourselves from the rest of them.

customer service

I went to Slotter and live chat to ask some routine banking questions. Was pleasantly surprised at how fast they answered. I will wait until Baptism by Fire is over to play but have had bad luck at Club World, Jackpot Capital, and Inetbet so I will give it a try if everything seems to be on the up and up. Take care.

I'm off to a pretty great start with both Slotter & Reel Spin

I opened an account at each casino and have had a good experience so far. The next few days will be telling as I have amassed a sizable withdrawal at each casino with Courier Cheque as my method.

I've also proactively submitted my verification documents over the weekend (Saturday) and await a response from the cashier. I'll share my experience in this thread as things develop.

On a side note, their Live chat was a pleasant experience when I contacted them about a question regarding my withdrawal request.

Verification Process

For the first time in 15 years of online gambling this group is the first to kick back my verification documents. Not sure what to think as I am having to re-scan everything for it being "too dark". The fact is I can even read the card numbers and detail from my scans even on my iphone screen without issue. Will see if full color high-res will pass this time.

no full-screen

I created an account and was going to make a deposit and play when I noticed that I could not get full-screen mode for slots. I don't like to play on small screen mode. Was told on Saturday that IT would look at it on Monday but it is still not operable. I may give it a shot once full-screen is available. I will also wait to see if previous poster gets paid.

I tried Slotter... Had an issue making a deposit at first but was told by live chat that I needed to wait a few minutes and try again and it should work (I kept getting the dreaded preauthorization screen). So I did, and it did work. I went to get a glass of water before starting and found myself automatically logged out... I tried logging back in and suddenly it was locked. I get back on live chat and got the same guy as before and was told "I tried catching you to let you know not to deposit since you have failed our security checks"

First of all, I was surprised because I've never failed a security check... and quite frankly I don't know what security check they are talking about. Fine though, no problem, you don't like me even though I have never charged back or abused bonuses or any of that, no prob Bob.

But what about my deposit you ask?

Sure, they would refund it, but it will take 28 business days to be refunded.

28 business days

They had no problem taking it in 1.5 seconds, but it'll take 28 business days to refund.

Yep, day 10 and still no refund. They really weren't kidding. So I figured I'd let you know this little tidbit of info and you can all do with it what you will. I don't know about you, but there is no way I'd trust anyone to do a payout in a timely fashion when they can't even refund a deposit that was charged to a credit card in under 28 business days. No way, no how.

Hello,

@ milemaster your account was verified yesterday

@ cjh1969 I'm sorry that this is taking time but we are still awaiting response from IT

@ nepatsfan01 could you provide me with your casino user name so I can take look at your account? The refunds of deposits may take up to 28 business days but usually they are way quicker

Many Thanks,
James

Yeah, like having a decent Welcome offer for starters.
Just checked Reel Spin: 100% bonus, WR (D+B)x30 and Phantom.
Er... no thanks.
Regardless of anything else the casinos may or may not do well, "promotions" like this are a massive turn-off to me, and to most other players I'm sure.

From an affiliate point of view - they have NCO.
Combined with the above, I can confirm they will not be appearing on any of my sites soon!

Hi cjh1969,

I can confirm that now you can play in full screen mode in Slotter and ReelSpin.

Good Luck!

I personally cannot recommend playing at this casino group with the RTG alternatives out there. If you'd like to hear my experience feel free to pmb me as I don't want to drag them through the mud publicly and let everyone decide for themselves.

can you explain - thanks
From an affiliate point of view - they have NCO.
NCO = Negative Carry Over.
If your affiliate earnings are negative at the end of the month (i.e. your players win more than they deposited) - this carries over to subsequent months and is deducted from any future earnings.
This is very bad for smaller affiliates like me; with Bet365, after one player won big, I was negative (not earning anything at all, despite having active players) for two-and-a-half YEARS!
Only about 5% of affiliate programs have NCO - the rest all zero-out your account at the end of every month.
