Problems with Video Slots

This is not a single issue but a combination of minor problems.

Over a week ago I got free spins at Video Slots (VS).
The winnings of these free spins needed to be wagered 40x before I could make a withdrawal.

I noticed as I was going through the play-through on the free spin winnings that slots were only counting for about 5%-10%. When according to VS's T&C wagering on slots counts as 100% of the play-though.

I informed VS of this and I have now waited over a week for a reply.
So just then, I tried to contact them via live chat which was offline.

It's likely that the issue with the free spins has not only affected me but every player who has taken the free spins. It essentially means that the play-though on the winnings from the free spins is not 40x but 400x-800x.

But this is not the only problem with VS; the player support is poor too.
- live chat not being available.
- having to wait over a week twice to get my questions answered
- having to harass them for answers
- poorly written, ambiguous T&C
- hard to communicate with live chat, possibly due to their poor English
And I could go on.

I'm a very patient person but VS gets on my nerves. I would still like to see them to succeed but they have to start fixing some of their problems first.

I got to the 50 times deposited reward and I got another bogus reward of 2X cashback on next 100 spins. I am curious if anyone got something different.

I have deposited over 60 times, lowrolling and have had 1 decent session that netted me $100 dollars, and I have managed 1 screenshot win over 200x and thats it! Had one other good session, was on a free spin reward, went to withdraw $200 and there was a phantom bonus that kept climbing and then a mysterious 16 hour time limit was popped on 2 days later. ie; These free spins are not part of our casino achievements reward system. - (where all free spins are wagering free)

& Therefor they fall under the normal t&c's which incur the 40xbonus wager + cannot be wagered with real money.

Moreover, All rewards are marked as "Reward" within the profile and are completely wagering free.

Whereas, All free spins with the word "- ANY" have the normal wager req. and are not part of our reward system.

I think your casino has serious potential to be one of the front runners in this industry. The only problems are....

1) WTF factor Consistent dead spins!! I guess Ahmad from Australia ( shill?, 15 years old?, I noticed the front page "$200,000 claimed winnings by Ahmad" enticement got pulled and original "$130,000 won on Devil's Delight by Ahmad" is back up, paid or no??). He is still kamikaze on bonus day:notworthy

2) Major technical issues. You forgot suchwith, Lucas, this is only one, I could go on and on. I am Canada.
