Computer geeks-freaks-nerds I need help!

Since 32Red made their new update 4/11 I have a hell trying to play.

When I try to open a game I get an extra black window either in front of the screen or I can see it at the bottom if I hoover my mouse over the game.
If I keep the window open and minimize the casino, the extra window is still open. It's like it's living its own life :eek2:
If I close it the viper stops working and the casino is shut down. I can mostly just close the game and reopen it and it's normal again, but not always.
Sometime the game is just opened in the background so I have to click on it to get it as the first window, and sometimes it's not there at all but just an extra game launcher in the taskmanager. If I close it there I can open the game again.

It's not only when I open a game. It can be when I open My account or the bank too, so it's the opening that are the problem. It's the same with their sister casinos too so not just 32Red but it's there I play.

I have removed the mupdb folder as is their first advice. Then used the repair progran, also in that folder. I have uninstalled and removed the MGS folder. Thought a clean install would help. Nope.

Virus scan, Malware scan, changed settings at IE, CCleaner is used of course. I've tried it all.

So if anyone that are good on those kind of problems can advice me to do something more, then please do so.
I won't give up...yet!
 
It's not just your computer, I'm getting the same thing. And sometimes you open a game and it opens a tab BEHIND the window, and if you click it, bang, the whole thing dies. And it's not just 32Red either, I get the same thing at other casinos too.

It's something Microgaming needs to fix on their end I think. You can uninstall and reinstall all you want, but I think the problem is with the program. Hopefully they're busy working on it right now and all the casinos will need to be updated again. ;)

I had some problems with my software with not viewing correct transactions on these also ,Contacted the 32 red reps on here they are very helpful and will contacted mirogaming for you to help out with the problems with the account .:thumbsup: :notworthy

Being in US, I can't play these casinos. However, it feels like a flash issue being as you mentioned viper. Has there been an update since the problem appeared?

You see how it goes when you don't have time to talk to me. If I had known you had the same problem I wouldn't have started the thread. All your fault :p

But great, then they will do something soon I hope. I have sent in files with the problem, and without, that MG have recieved to compare.
They are well aware that this problem exist, but I don't think there are so many that have it. It would have been more complains in that case.

Yes it was a huge update 16 days ago. That's when it started.
It's not just the viper. It's the game launcher too. I just talked with live chat and the game launcher stopped working and the casino went down.

I did have to reinstall flashplayer to see the new bonus system so I have thought about that too.
 
Sounds like the script/html of their pages/windows isn't being read properly. I have similar when I exit 32red - there appears a blank black window and some white text 'promos to go here' as if the page hasn't loaded properly. I also sometimes exit the casino(s) and when the audio says 'thank you for playing' it them keeps repeating 'for playing...for playing.....for playing' until I reboot my PC.
I would have advised you to search for EVERY 'mgs' file on your PC and wipe them and then re-install the casino, but it seems you have already done so, so cannot offer any more advice - sorry!

Funny you mentioned the playing...playing...playing because I had that and several audio problems on my old computer. Not on this one though :)
 
I also still have it, just not to an extent that i can't play, i just do a few extra clicks and mostly then can play w/o further issues...
These errors are happening at all Download MG's i have installed and also a few flash based quickfire Casinos

In the Flash based it gives only one error, i can't log out properly, also due to unknown certificates etc.
So my guess, not only is flash and browser compatibility are part of the issue, i also think this POODLE bug has a lot to do with it.
It just seems to much of a coincidence to not be related, as the issues started appearing shortly after the POODLE bug was announced..

All the issues i am having are related to scripts, security protocols, flash based and java based pop ups and certificates, mostly unidentifiable or expired.

This will either increase in the coming period, or be resolved, but i am fearing the worst:)
The mminicionspiraxcy theorist inside me, is seeing images of zillions of hacker bots that are trying to exploit every database or instance where monies and playerdata are involved, trying to attack all sides using the POODLE bug..

Of course i don't know what i am talking about, but that is what lives inside my silly mind right now:)

I've tried to download Nedplay and Dash, just to play the tourneys, but no need to try anymore.

Working fine on mine now , but have noticed in the past the same issues with it .Hopefully they will sort this on going problem out on microgaming platforms :notworthy

That's the one I am seeing quite a bit. I am also finding that a game will stall on opening, and the tab for it is blank except for a small dot, rather than the name of the game. Sometimes the game will fire up if I close this stalled tab, other times the whole thing freezes.

I have also seen the problem with the accumulation of instances of casinogame and casinohost hanging around even after all casinos have been properly closed down. This does interfere with the opening of a new MGS casino.

It seems a collection of minor bugs has conspired to make for a major headache.

oh and sometimes I've opened a new game and it displays in another language, has that ever happened to you? Once it was displaying the game names on the tabs in Chinese - or I think it was Chinese. Only for a second though, then of course it crashes.

I talked about the Chines on the tabs in another thread so yes, I've seen that too.
I have sent screeshots of all kind of things that have happened to path so MG have them, even the Chinese :D
