Ladbrokes Christmas and Birthday Gifts???

Good Morning One and All,

I first would like to say what a great website and forum this is ;-)

I have been a member for a little while now and it has given me a lot of help with my game play and issues that I had with different casino's.

I play mostly Slots and my bet size is usually between £2.50 - £5.00 a spin and very rarely go up to £10 a spin :eek:

I have played at mostly all online casino's and at the moment I am playing at Ladbrokes :-( ( And it has to be said it is one of the worst runs in my life).

I just wanted to ask any of the wise people on the forum has any one received any Christmas and Birthday Gifts (Gadgets/ Hampers/ Event Tickets) from Ladbrokes in the last 2 years?

I am a VIP at Ladbrokes with a net loss of around £10000 in 2 months if that helps in any way :mad:

I used to play at the following sites Sky Bet/ Grosvenor Casino etc and got great gifts like Hampers/ Hospitality Tickets/ Box of Wine and so on.

I never made it to VIP in the 15 years I used Ladbrokes so it will be different for me.

But I can honestly say that although I spent a fortune there in the microgaming days and used to get decent promotions I never received a Birthday bonus once. Last month was first year I ever got a birthday email from them and it offered me a great 100% match with only 20x playthrough which needles to say I never took lol. Must be as I now deposit nowhere near as much and when I do its only for sports and sometimes the games section as would not touch their playtech casino.

Years ago I had constant promotions like scratchcards, free spins , match deposits etc nowadays its junk. Its always deposit and get 40% bonus. They just don't seem to get the fact that not many people are stupid enough to deposit say £50 to get a £20 bonus which has 20x deposit and bonus playthrough. For the £20 Bonus you need to wager £1400 which is 70x bonus. No thanks lol.

But like I said I was never a VIP so maybe its different for you and you might get some fantastic gifts sent. I would not bank on it tho:D

If you do a search for Ladbrokes in this forum then you will find many threads that make for rather disappointing reading. This giant UK betting/gambling brand appears to have become a bit disconnected with its customers and appears to care very little about what is being said about its casino. Maybe they are too big to fail and for every good customer they lose, 4 new ones arrive. Time will tell if they sort their act out and start looking after their players like they used to.

Being a slots player I imagine they have a pretty limited selection for you anyway. There are many more casinos with a great deal more on offer.

On another note has any one had a Win on a slot game (Jack Hammer) and you have a win with sticky wilds on a full set of Newspapers at £5 a spin then the game crashed on me and usually when you load up the game it takes you back to the screen that you was just on. But this time it did not and my win was not credited to my balance which I was not happy about :mad:

So this has been investigated for over a month now by Ladbrokes Tech Team and all I keep getting from them is we will get back to you in 48hrs - 72hrs, this has been promised about 5 or 6 times now. One person even said we are sorry we have not met our deadlines again but with have re-raised the issue with the tech team :eek:

How many more weeks does it take to look into a complaint like this!!!

But to get back to the question has any one had similar experience's of this sort of thing??

Spot On!! As a VERY regular ex-Laddies punter (back in MG days) I could not agree more!
 
To sum up how bad Ladbrokes is when I just logged into my account there I had message in inbox with latest great offer.

I have unlimited deposit bonuses. Just deposit £30 and get £5 free. And great news is I only have to wager deposit and bonus 20x again. So worked out that I have to wager £700 for a £5 bonus. 140x bonus playthrough. They really must think their customers are as thick as hell.
 
Just remembered, I got a £10 ND 'Birthday Bonus' back in June. - Cheers Laddies :rolleyes:

Only 50x playthru, I think anyone who could manage that on crappy Playtech slots deserves a place in the Guinness book of records!

Now compared to when they ran their casino as If they cared :p .... Just before they dropped MG, I had one £20 and one £50 'bonus drop' 0x wagering!!!

No problems with casinos 'moving the goalposts' slightly every now and again but to swap them for a Basketball Hoop is just plain ridiculous!!

hi yes sadly i have had this a couple of times but not with netent , my game has been twice on wild gambler & still to this day neither ladbrokes or omni casino did ever get to the bottom of it they just credited me with a 100 quid ,your be waiting a long time , though as ive said never on a netent game it seems only to be a problem with other softwares you should add up your win amount & keep complaining until they either give you those funds back or a good will gesture ,do you have a screenshot of it? that really would help your case or can you get into log history as it should show there as well ?

i've since learned that in online gaming should you ever get any problems i now take screen shots regardless to what it was , purely for backup & to prove there is a problem, this way i can ask them to investigate without screenshot final call is to show them i have the screenshot to back this up.

I will keep on to Ladbrokes about the issue with the spin, so far Ladbrokes VIP Services gave me 10 Free Spins and a £100 no turnover for saying sorry it has taken so long.

Ladbrokes are still investigating the issue ;-(

Will keep you informed if I receive any update on this issue.
