Non-Bonus Complaint Slots Capital starts delaying payments again.

I have had several withdrawals with slots capital over the past few months. The last withdrawal took over two weeks to get. I sent several e-mails and got no response. I called them and spoke with support and was told Monday, Then Tuesday and then even Wed. Then I come to find out on Thursday the payment was not even processed as I was told and as it showed in my cashier history. I signed up for fed ex tracker so when I have a package that is being sent to me I get all the info from the moment the package left. This is how I got the detailed information about when the check was actually sent out. I finally received it last Friday.
So I got lucky and requested another withdrawal Last Tuesday. today one week later it still sits in my account as reversible. According to their rules it supposed to be in processing stage after 72 hour waiting period. I sent e-mails , contacted live support and even sent sloto a message here on this web sight. After several days I was finally contacted by the Manager and he said he would ask accounting to speed up the process but still the end of today nothing was done.
Slots capital does what they want, when they want , how they want so don't waist your time reading the web sight cash out rules. It don't matter anyway.
I been playing their for years and I have entire notebook pages of excuses they have used. I can't tell you how many payments have been delayed and how many e-mails have been ignored.
This establishment is by far the worst ever when it comes to customer support and taking care of their depositing customers.
Can't wait till another rival allows US players because I about had it with slots capital. Can not deal with their bad business practice much longer.

I could not agree with you more ! My W/D has been sitting in reversible since 11/12... seriously they "do what they want when they want".. I don't like to have to contact Ms. Sloto everytime I need help with a w/d just hanging around in "processing" for days and days. I feel so stupid to be a loyal customer when they can so easily put me on ignore. -just sayin.

I dont know what it is but seems to me that are lacking players now ? all of a sudden im being bombed with promotions from them
(used to be bons banned) just yesterday i got a mail with 400% bonus with no max cashout.but 100x deposit an bonus WR :eek:
this is Rival btw im talking about.
but i stopped playing because of above problem...very slow payout indeed.

I feel spoilt because I live in the UK and get to request a withdrawal from places like 32red or bet365 and get the payment processed within 24hours (usually much sooner). I am currently waiting for a withdrawal from bet365 and I know from making previous withdrawals from there I should have the funds in my bank account by Wednesday at the VERY latest.

How you guys feel having to wait around for days and days for a withdrawal would frustrate the hell out of me.

How come Tropicana is not rated on this Web sight?

There is a link there where you read about their derail from a near certain accreditation. The general consensus is they are a good casino as long as you don't try to stab them in the back.

And it's 'Tropica', not 'Tropicana'.
 
...and after so many complaints they are still accredited......all casinos of deckmedia have the same practice..;-))
