....then how am I supposed to be able to migrate all 8 of them to Spin Casino (6 of which are asking me to do I may add), when Term 4.1 (pic shown below) in Spin Casino's terms and conditions says I can only have one Spin Casino Account?

I should point out that I can still log into Royal Vegas and Redflush without being given the following popup (pic shown below)....yet. But it's coming any day, perhaps any hour now. I was playing at Platinum Play at 10am today. Come 7.30pm, I am locked out. No warning by e-mail, by live chat, nothing.

The other problem I have is that I have balances of £404.11 at Royal Vegas (£350.15 requested to withdraw this morning, £53.96 in my balance)
and c.£295 at Platinum Play (I had requested a withdrawal for c. £270, leaving c. £25 behind in my balance). Platinum Play themselves reversed this withdrawal while I was playing IR sometime this morning, as my balance went up from £25 to £295 at the end of a dead spin. I then immediately went to banking to re-request that withdrawal. But because I can't access my account anymore, I have no clue if they have gone and reversed it without my consent (again!) or if it is still pending/in the payment queue.

It seriously bothers me that I was not even given 8 hours notice, let alone 24 to get my houses in order, clear my decks, whatever way you want to put it. And now it seems that they (Platinum Play and Royal Vegas) are quite happy to make it Spin Casino's responsibility to pay up instead of theirs.

So what do I do next?

Any advice appreciated :)

They should combine all balances at the new migratory site, and your points hopefully. Then you can W/D the whole combined balances.
If I were you I'd contact the rep on here asap.

And the term says 'Only one SpinCasino account' which you will have after they combine and migrate them.

Having big migration problems.

My username at Major Tom is a email address, but this is not compatible with Spin Casino so the account cannot be migrated.

Secondly, I have circa £4000 CASH (VIP point credits) at 7 Sultans, however my new VIP manager at Spin Casino has told me this will be converted to BONUS money with x40 wagering. WTF :eek2:

Ok I've had a couple of live chats and I've had some better clarification.

Dunover, you were right (as I suspected you would be). They are combining all my balances into my single Spin Casino account (once I create it).

However, I was told that my loyalty points WON'T be carried forward. Personally though, that is not a major concern for me as I had less than 5000 points at all 5 of the FL casinos. Even if I added up the totals of all 5, it would still be less than 10,000 loyalty points. So I am in effect "missing out" on the grand sum of £3.96 lol.

Needless to say, I will be contacting Wim to get clarification on the verification documents issue.

My Redflush username is an e-mail address and an account number as well. But as I never made a real money deposit there (I had £0.00 and a whopping 4 loyalty points that were "earned" from play that came from freeroll winnings), I'm probably going to avoid any hit.

As for the £4,000 in loyalty points being converted to bonus money with a 40x WR, that's just plain wrong. That money should be yours, ready for cashout with no WR. In your shoes, I'd be f**ing livid :mad::mad::mad::mad:

If I were you, I'd be getting in touch with Wim and demanding some answers. There is no justification for that. It is pure "FU clause" territory IMHO.

PS Hope you get things sorted out to a satisfactory conclusion. I was getting a bit anxious over a much smaller sum of money than what you're having to deal with, so I totally sympathise with your predicament.

The problem is that you have to migrate your accounts yourself. NOTHING is being migrated or combined for you.
Each migrated account is producing a new individual SpinCasino account. I have 6 accounts there at the moment, and no doubt more to be added.
I would assume, when all your new accounts have been opened, you'll need to contact support to ask if they can combine them into one. IF that is even possible

That's over £800,000 pounds of wagering - if that iS actually the case i'm confused about why you would let that many points build up and be vulnerable if you knew a migration was possible.

I was assured that the points and VIP status would be transferred - the only difference was that with Spin Casino it was BONUS rather than CASH (they forgot to mention that!)

Spoken with 7Sultans and we are close to an agreement on settlement. Needs to be finalised tomorrow during office hours. Spin Casino have also offered me fast-tracked VIP membership and 150% bonus for first three deposits.

Only other thing I've noticed, I have to go through all the stages on Immortal Romance, Playboy and Jurassic Park again to get all my free spins the way I want them.

A minor inconvenience, given your track record. ;) You'll be Gold Status, Key Club Platinum Status and picking your own JP free spins in no time. Glad to hear that you look like getting a satisfactory settlement. :)

What's that all about? Is it only a UK thing?

Yes, it's to do with the new UKGC licensing rules due on 1st. November. Basically the casino groups like VPL and FL Digimedia etc. which hitherto had allowed UK players at all their skins have had to apply for UK licenses to take UK players. To save costs for doing it for all their skins they have either dedicated just ONE of their skins to be UK licensed or created a new one specifically for UK licensing. Then the UK players are 'poured' into that one casino.
Of course with the problems you'd expect, as highlighted in this thread.

Yes, I was thinking it would be as easy as the loyalty facility they've got (where you can simply enter your username/password for other sites in the group at any one skin and have you LP in one place) and would be a simple matter of you doing the same for the actual accounts. Obviously not.
I assume that for the changeover period they will allow multi-accounts until players have opened equivalents for all of them, then combine them themselves later.

They're allowing multiple accounts, to some degree. But each time you open an extra account they send this email, highlighting the fact that you can only have one account and only claim one welcome bonus.
So unless you've got enough loyalty points in your existing accounts to make it worthwhile migrating the account, It's only worth migrating one account

Also, their email address isn't working. I tried emailing them yesterday. But just kept getting the error:-

Well, "I told you so", and I took a hell of a lot of flack for it (i.e. Don't scaremonger, wait for the facts, there will be proper announcements, etc)

I have accounts at all these and more, but this farce will not affect me all that much. I quit depositing and playing at all casinos mentioned in the original "rumour" report by the end of July. I had already seen that things were happening overnight, without prior notice, and without ensuring players' earned value (loyalty points, tournament positions/prizes, etc) were being preserved.

Platinum Play, however, has stooped to a new low as when a player DID act in time, the casino reversed the withdrawal back into the account rather than honour the desire of the player to withdraw their balances prior to the migration. It also seems that the no notice process is being used to "skim" from most players the value of their loyalty points.

The migration process itself is a mess, it doesn't bloody well WORK on my account, and the reason seems to be because I saw this coming and no longer have any of these Viper clients installed in order to do things "properly" in terms of how they have set it up.

This has also illustrated that they didn't even keep it simple, like letting players carry on till the 31st. Instead, it has been ambush migration on random dates in the last couple of weeks of October. The only way players could have avoided this was to have taken my course of action, which became progressively easier as more and more casinos showed up as definitely applying for a UK license.

I can't see Spin CS coping with the inevitable avalanche of contacts from migrated players who have ended up with many accounts, all with balances and points, and all but one being in technical breach of a very important term of use.

Well I don't have loyalty points, but I have two withdrawals totalling £695. One for £295 at Platinum Play which they reversed without my consent and one for £400 at Royal Vegas (which has not been reversed as I am still able to log into Royal Vegas - my last login was just a few minutes before I typed this post). So needless to say, it is in my interests to migrate more than one account. It could have been avoided though, if FL had given some notice of their intent.

Having said that, if I am still not locked out of Royal Vegas by Saturday evening, there is a chance that my withdrawal there may go from pending to processed.

UPDATE: I just sent an e-mail to support@spincasino.co.uk and got the following response within 2 minutes.

Yep the 'achievements' thing, although I'm a low roller had annoyed me too, lost a lot of 'hard work' not to mention the money / deposit and lost 'almost gold' status on IR, TSII mainly (just missing the 5 wilds / 5 scatters) and got involved with numerous e-mails back n forth with Betway, all to no avail, Logged in the other day despite no migration being involved to find I've lost the achievements on GUTS also??

Real quick question please guys, the answer may already be 'floating about' somewhere but I probs missed in and am also in need a bit of reassurance either way please.

Got a large amount of migration based emails due to the number of accounts I had across various skins and sites (probably about 10 total)

I have migrated All Slots (reason being their email landed first) and then migrated Platinum Play (did this as the email followed not long after and I had 'almost Gold' on my faves, IR, TS II ) compared to All Slots where I think I'd made one deposit (sore subject lol).

The idea being that the achievements carried over too (this was the case when my Vegas Partner lounge were migrated to Roxy Palace, full conversion no issues at all :) )

They however did not and I then went and deposited on the migrated Platinum Play account, got the 100%, played and lost.

Live help before this deposits had previously said multiple accounts / and or an account under their Betway skin would not be a problem.

With the info I have provided above my queries are: -

I got free spins on BOTH the migrated accounts, shall I play them both (it would be typical I finally hit a BIG WIN, meet WR and then they throw the 'two lots of spins' at me and void / cap withdrawal)

Shall I take advantage of the 100% on other migrated acct(s)

Shall I migrate more 'old accounts' lol (greed setting in, love my depo bonuses as a low roller, double playtime etc)

Cheers All :)))

Apologies, I've now 'woke up and smelt the coffee' and read and digested the information above.
