hi friends

im regular meber of the forum and comes here n read every day and i play almost all of the accredited casinos and some others playing for 2 years didnt have any issues

i registered at casinocruise.com made a deposit of 100 euros used welcome bonus and then cashed back 99 i was up about 500 but lost when wagering

they also had a second dep bonus and i deposited 100 and this time cashed out 400 but this time while checked they said my account under investigation for multi ip usage

i dont have any idea about this of course i played from only one computer and used only one connection some times i played frm my ipad but in this casino i only played frm my pc

so i searched about it a bit and found that my sevice provider uses "dynamic ip" ie each time i login it shows different ip so i think that may be it

my question is how can i prove i didnt done anythng wrong and ofcourse i didnt do anything wrong i only played from my pc n my only connection

even if a service provider use dyanamic ip will there be any ip pool poll or somthng they commonly use

i dont have to be super worried as they said its a routine checkup and i said my facts to them any one has any experience with this casino or their owners
i can still login my account

so if any one know something more about this please tell me

I think it's premature to do something about it unless they deny you your winnings.

Yes I know I didn't say Anything bad about the casino actually I dodjt even want to mention their name
But I only did Cus Its a new casino and I wanted to find about players experience there

I posted this now just to know about the multi ip problem I'm technically not that brilliant so I was hoping to find some information

Multiple IP addresses should not be an issue. Whenever you reboot or shut down your computer, your ISP will assign you an IP address. many times it's the same, sometimes it's different.
Not to mention the use of wireless devices and playing from more than one computer. These are usually not restricted activities. Did you read the t & C? Do they require a static IP?

As long as those IP addresses are not from locations that are banned like the USA then it should not be an issue.

I probably would not continue to play at a place that can't handle something as simple as multiple IP addresses. Especially if they are from the same computer ( which they can identify by the physical address of the machine) they are probably even within the same default gateway range.

Ty so much googobucs that make me relief

Yes I on,y played frome one system so I think it's an easy verification

Let's see wht they say about it

I would say don't worry- I mean what if u used your iPad on 4G instead of wifi as well as your home PC?? Its not going to be against terms as its completely impossible to police and enforce. I'd anything they'll maybe just gonna check as well as they can that the source location matches, ie same physical area and or same ISP. You ll be fine I think but be sure to come let us know mate. Enjoy your winnings!!

Don't worry too much - it's an OddsMatrix multi-platform site so are trustworthy. I have never heard of a casino picking up on a dynamic IP before, half the world has one! It would only flag if you were coming up at two dramatically different locations in a short space of time or your location didn't match your details. I think they think you are using a VPN/Proxy - this WILL get you into trouble as it's a cover for laundering, under-age play and prohibited countries.

.

Casino Cruise is being run by experienced people, so I do not think you have anything to worry about.

I have recently been having a dialogue with them and Casino Cruise has the potential to become a great casino in my opinion.

There are a few rules I have advised them to remove/change and this is something they are currently working on.

It's great that you take care of them before they come here. Well done Master Rainmaker! You're the best :notworthy

:p

Up from different place also my service
Provider is govt owned company

Rainmaker ... Ty yes I love the casino I don't have anything against them
I hope every thing wil b ok if anything bad hope you can help me

Once again Ty all

@Muziq

I've just checked your IP in the forum and there isn't anything I'd consider alarming. Sure it's a dynamic IP, but it's from the same network.

I'd give the casino some more time to figure out what's up.

Well it appears Bryan has just ruled out any IP-related cause for alarm then, so I think you'll be OK assuming IP is the only concern they have about your account.

Don't worry too much - it's an OddsMatrix multi-platform site so are trustworthy.

Whilst there are some trustworthy oddsmatrix sites, there are also plenty of rogue sites that have operated on the oddsmatrix platform. For example: Gutshot Casino, PokerHuis Casino, BetMotion, Teambet. An even larger number have closed after operating for a year or less. Personally I do not play at oddsmatrix sites, and I would not play at a new one that had not built a reputation.

In my experience casinos don't worry about people using the same IP address as other accounts UNLESS this other account has been locked for disputing deposits, credit card fraud or for abusing bonuses. You might have connected to your gaming account from a public place once or twice (work, library, coffee shop or similar) or you might have used a proxy that had also been used by somebody else with a dodgy track record on online casinos. If that's the case and even if you are unaware, in the eyes of the casino the two accounts are directly connected.

Another possibility is that somebody else at home (family member, flatmate, friend) used your internet connection to log-in an account that was already blacklisted or used your internet connection to open lots of accounts to take unfair advantage of the casino's welcome bonus.

The fact that you can still log-in your account is a very good sign and I wouldn't worry too much. Had you been connected by IP to somebody with a history of credit card fraud, they would have locked your account straight away and probably refunded your deposits. Also, Everymatrix' fraud department can be rubbish. In most cases the casino owners outsource to Everymatrix (oddsmatrix) the payment of winnings, accepting deposits and managing risk and unfortunately they are know for making mistakes and being very slow at resolving issues. But like I said as long as you can log-in, play and deposit I wouldn't worry.

Good question :)

I was kindly informed about this thread by an affiliate of ours that is active on CM.
And we want to give players good service and value, so here i am.
This issue was resolved and we plan to go through the CM baptism by fire in the near future once our mobile casino is live (hopefully early next week). I will be representing us on CM for now.
Hope that answers your question. Thanks for asking.

So, what happened to trigger this false positive?

It doesn't even address the question, it's just a bunch of PR.

Unless otherwise informed, I have to assume that your security team can't differentiate between a regular ISP using dynamic IP and VPN use. This is a rather dangerous situation for players as whilst this player had the right contacts to get a resolution, many others may not.

The world of the internet now RELIES on dynamic IP for consumer services, the static IP ideal is reserved for businesses, particularly those running servers. The reason is that the available IP addresses have run out, and dynamic IP has been implemented as a mid term fix until IPv6 can be generally implemented, which still seems to be some years away.

For anyone using an ISP that provides dynamic IP, they cannot rely on getting the same IP address two days in a row, and so the companies they do business with need to accept this, and deal with it, not cause the customer grief because they haven't understood how their particular ISP uses the system.

This should never have become the customer's problem in the first place, so having solved it only after strings were pulled is not really that good because not everybody can reach these strings.
