Did you read the terms before you agreed to them?

Places like this have cashout limitations. You can't complain if they are clearly stated.

Waiting 3 months for 35k euro isn't too bad.
I would assume it's in the T&C.

Hi

I'm afraid many casinos have withdrawal limits.
I try to avoid them.

I was going to ask you if this was a series of wins or a progressive, as some casinos will differentiate between the two when it comes to withdrawals.

It seems this casino does not though. Even progressive payments will be limited.

My advice is to stop playing, or play elsewhere until you have received all your installments.

It may take even longer if you continue to play.
Let them know you will not play or reverse, so there's no reason for them to stall!

Congrats on your win!

Freddy

Ive asked them in VIP chat before, and they must have giving me info that the GOLD VIP`s have, they did not say anything about this limit untill today!
wont play there anymore if the limit are soo low! Shurley i havent read the agreement to well, but that limit is to weak!!

Thanks! Yea, ive had a few big wins thru the years, and 4 times its been the last spinn on the casino`s ive won! too bad for them , they loose alot of money on this shit!

Their VIP section indicates a higher withdrawal limit for Silver VIPs.
It does not list the amount though.

The standard amount from the T&C's is €10000 per month.

Can't be much more for Silver VIPs if they need 3 months to pay €35000.

In chat they said 14000. so if i win a jackpot , lets say 350.000 euros(would not be the first time)
then it would take years to get the money!

If the casino has 'titan' anywhere in its name, avoid.
Now if you read the terms and knew there was a 10k limit but never expected to ever win that much, fair enough. But you have obviously just been made aware of it hence your complaint. A salutary example to people to read them.
My advice is to simply stop playing there, initiate the first w/d and make a note to go back and do it monthly thereafter. Do NOT play there until you have received every penny.
And thank the good Lord you never won a major progressive - a fact which is clearly explained in the 'not recommended' section of Playtech sites here on CM.

I wouldn't let the casino know you intend to take the money and run - then they have LESS incentive to pay out.
Try to give the impression you WILL return and start playing once you have all your money.

In the meantime, look for reputable casinos who have withdrawal limits you find acceptable.

Wait, what?!

3-months is a long time to wait for this withdrawal, but if you've managed to win serious 6-figure sums before, why not stick to the casino's you know / trust / have given you great payouts previously?

You're right of course.

I meant playing while waiting for the next installments.
If the casino sense any kind of weakness on the part of the player, they may start stalling.
Also, there may not be any withdrawal left to process, when they do get around to it...

Regardless of which 'Titan' casino it is, I firmly believe they don't intend to pay the full amount within 3 months. They might pay the first instalment but will stall till you redeposit play and lose. The stuff of rogues.

Iam not at that Casino anymore. Yea, had a 300.000 pluss win last year, took me 4 hours of customer chat, one billion emails, and alot of back and forth. but got the money!
looks like this will be the same struggle!!

Hi there,

it does sound unfair, they take your money immediately and that you have to wait months to get paid. Most casinos will find a way to delay paying winnings as long as possible hoping that in the meantime you gamble back some of it.

It's never nice having to wait but look at the bright side, it's a big win (lucky you!) and they committed to pay you without trying to cheat their way out of it (at least for now ;)).

I would request a copy of the payment schedule in writing and make sure they stick to it. You will probably have to call them a few times to rush things a long.

My advice, don't be tempted to play any of it back. I would rather use some of the money won to play somewhere else in the meantime and call them once or twice a week to make sure that your weekly installment has been sent.

Thread title has been changed to better represent the case at hand.

Original title was "Just won 35.000 Euro. The Casino will not payout....".

they would obviously want to stall so that you can try and lose at least a part of your winnings back :-(......hope you can mange to resist the urge and get everything out and then switch over to some place more reputable....
