Hi everyone - lonnnng time reader, 1st post! Time to get active!

I've been a long time player at Go Wild Casino, but these past few months have become increasingly dissatisfied primarily with their 'customer service' [no longer personalised service, generic copy/wasted responses, not answering the actual question, no more round the clock care despite being a VIP etc etc], and the bonuses have started to 'dry up' - all those 'just for you!' bonuses have been replaced with the generic bonuses for everyone. Since I spent a few grand there regularly, I'm considering changing ship.

The things I really value are of course customer service, recognition of loyalty and FAST PAYOUTS. Even as a VIP Go Wild did not allow me to flush my winnings, and on multiple occassions I had winning sitting thre well beyond the 48 period because...weekends dont count....finance isnt in yet...no one is available yet.. etc etc.

So for now, this is what Im asking in this thread.

FAST payouts. I prefer having a bank deposit direct to my bank account, and I am an Australia player. Im a fan of Microgaming casinos but am also interested in those that now offer both microgaming and other 'types' as well

As an Australian player, I recommend any casino that uses Envoy payment services. Forget any casino that utilises a download client, 98% of them will have pending periods on top of the slow bank transfers, making you on average a week to get your money. I highly recommend 32red. When i want to play MG, there's no other place for me anymore. If you have been reading the forums for a while, you might have seen the various positive reviews here, also their repeated awards should be a good indicator: granted, they have changed their weekend payout policy not too long ago, but still pay very fast, i don't have any experience with direct transfers to bank, as i always use Neteller or Moneybookers myself. From personal experience, 32 Red, Roxy Palace, Red Flush gaming (Red Flush, Casino La Vida or Major Tom) Betway and Spin Palace Group (Ruby Fortune etc) all pay by various direct bank transfer services, and pay quite quickly. I am in Canada, but assume that the banking experience should be pretty much the same down under.

I've had the same experience on Betsson brands though it's hasn't been instant every time. So far only casino that has managed instant withdrawals to my e-wallet every single time is Nordicbet.

At CasinoEuro and Betsafe inget instant wihtdrawals up to 500 USD/EUR directly to my ewallet.

I play at various different places on the accredited list. Withdrawal speeds are absolutely vital to me. I don't want anyone to stall my payments for no reason. With that in mind:

My most recent withdrawals in terms of speed are as follows:

1. Maxino / Betsafe / Casino Euro (Instant Neteller WD's)

2. BetAt - Within 1 hour

3. Guts - Within 2 hours or faster

4. LuckyDino - Within 4 Hours or faster

5. #Casumo / Vera John - Within 5 Hours or faster

Some Casinos have fallen by the way side in terms of processing:

1. Betsson - Used to be instant to E-Wallets, now takes quite a while for payouts to be processed (usually within 24 hours though - sometimes within 2 - 4 hours, you just never know)

2. Thrills - Used to be OK, but recent payout reports and experience have put them over 24 hours to 48 hours.

3. #Redbet are QUICK (1 - 3 hours) but it depends on who is working in support. There are occasions where nobody is available to process payments on a given night OR they have a cap of 500 Euro (Junior Staff). I have reported this to the rep as this has been ongoing for months. This is usually the case in the evenings and some days like Sunday.

4. 32Red increased the pending time on withdraws and stopped processing on weekends. You can still request a manual flush. Your withdrawal speed will depend on your cash out time / request for a flush. They usually process 3 times a day at approximately 11am - 12am, 3PM and I think 5PM.

*** Of course, withdrawal speed can still vary, dependent on previous withdraws, verification, day of the week and preferred methods. But in general, this is a handy guideline.

#Note: If you are impatient, you can also contact Support at Casumo and Redbet who assist in getting your withdrawal processed pretty quickly.

Casino Luck / NextCasino tend to process withdraws within 4 - 8 hours (Can be quicker). One of the downfalls is that it is left reversible sometimes for a prolonged period (like weekends). Once you can't roll back your withdraw, its usually processed pretty quickly thereafter. You can request support to process (remove the pending) but that also depends on time of the day / week in how quickly it gets done...

They are still a very solid operation but recently restricted bonus play on the WishMaster (NetEnt) Slot. If you intend playing this, Thrills, Super Lenny, Casino Luck and NextCasino are not viable options.

From what I can see here it seems CasinoLuck also doesn't have live support ? That's a huge thing for me so maybe be the deal breaker

Will also have a look at guts , how's that for aussie players overall ?

They actually do - But it is limited. They are online sometimes, but to be honest, I don't know their operating hours.

Guts has live Support 24/7 and IMPO is one of the best Casinos out there. Superb Rep, Great loyalty, Fast Payouts and good support. You can't go wrong with that choice
