32 Red Mobile Apps not working

There was an update for the 32 Red app on iPhone and iPad released on the 7th of October and since updating I have been unable to open 32 Red on phone or pad. When you click on the icon it just turns the screen red and freezes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.
Has anyone else been experiencing the same issues?

Hi FT.

We were made aware of a bug affecting some iPad versions with this release. We did another release to fix the bug on Friday. Could you please try updating the app from the App Store to see if that fixes the problem?

Just downloaded the latest update from the App Store and it loads up perfectly now :thumbsup:

Sorry to hijack a thread and apologies if it has been mentioned elsewhere, but...

Was I drunk, or a couple of days ago was I able to play 3Red wholly within a website? No download, no messing around with the usual MG "I have an account" etc - I just went to 32Red.com - tapped my username and password in and was good to go within the site!

It was ace. I was really impressed.

The day after or so, back to normal with download or "instant" casino.

Did this happen?
