Well it has been a long time since I posted but , some know me here on C/M and some do not but when I see a wrong being done to long loyal players I have to interject and expose wrong doings or what I consider a wrong doing or action on any casino's part.

As much as it pains me as I fought hard to help get this casino accredited years ago they have turned their back on some old loyal patrons by stating that they have made the new rules for being a VIP member at JPC to go back one year ago, this screws long time loyal players who may have had a bad last year but who in years past have deposited loyally and faithfully, exp : I have deposited over 42k as of life time play and withdrew 21k but most likely played that back in the casino , this is just at JPC and Not including Slotastic.

I just got off the phone with Nathan with the VIP dept. who said I could quote him , his words were that he would be upset and pissed if this was him and that it does not seem fair. I informed him that I would be posting this and that he would let all parties know.

Did anyone get a Halloween coupon in the snail mail , well beware , you can not use it if you are not VIP , I am no longer , so couldn't use , they should have saved the postage:)

I love Yasmeen and hold her in the most high regard and hope she will not take this personally but the casino is doing a disservice to the loyal patrons as well as its own self. Club World Group holds their players in the highest fashion and rewards them as well as InetBet and 32 Red , 3 Dice and many many more casinos.

I want to see them honor those long time players and not use this ruse of a new system to create what I consider to be a slap in a lot of players faces and I hope that they will change this rule.

Is it not the loyal good faithful players that keep a casino running ? I put this question out to any casino rep and hope to get feedback from them.

Could it be that I am just being a sour player , well the answer is NO , I want to bring this to anyone who has played with them for several years or longer.

I can not even fathom who came up with this deal but it has spend more money with us if you want any perks , screw the money you spent over the other years with us as we do not give a damn!

Ok , my rant is over and I do hope others will take the time to look at your VIP standings and I really hope that JPC dumps this new VIP system as it is not fair to players , it almost has an old Virtual smell to it.

Again, I want to say that Yasmeen is an awesome manager and I have never had a problem getting paid or taken care of.

Whats that old saying and it should apply to all casinos?

Don't bite the hand that feeds you !!!!

Regards,
Laurie

I've known you long enough to know you're all about the players and fairness, so the new program must really stink.

It would be awesome if you posted details about the new vs the old VIP program, for the benefit of those like myself that don't play there as a rule. Even just in point form would be good so we can all make a fair assessment as you have.

Thanks Laurie for posting this :)

Thanks Nifty , I will look into my VIP account and post the findings and what they are now saying I have to deposit , not sure about the other long time patrons out there , I have some much needed time off from work till my next case , so this will give me something to do.

We all have been staunch about fair play on C/M , those of us that are willing to speak out and are worth our salt when it comes to any online gaming related issues.

Just imagine if 32 Red said sorry , even though you have spent tens of thousands of dollars with us in the past , this past year you have only deposited over 4k , sorry you are no longer a VIP and will not be getting any more perks , you are just a mere player. I guess it is the principle of it all.

I read the rules for VIP status, even to be the lowest, you have to deposit at least $1500.00 quarterly! Yes, I said, $1500.00!

Well that ain't ever going to happen from me!

Also, I was told in order to use the new "paycard" for withdrawal, you also have to be minimum VIP.

So, the little people, that might get lucky on occasion, they have the privilege of paying their ridiculous withdrawal fees!

So it would not let me in my old VIP account but this is what I found on getting back to my status:

You ever gambled in a land based casino? The casinos don't care what you've done in the past, its what have you done for me lately mentality they have when it comes to comps and vip benefits. Sorry but just because you deposited several thousand years ago shouldn't entitle you to the same comps and vip benefits today. I have had the highest level cards at casinos in the past if I don't keep up that play I lose the status its that simple. I don't see why online casinos would be any different.

That my friend is total BS , I have played hundreds of times in Tunica/ Illinois / Indiana / Vegas and was always treated with respect , comps , free rooms , hell they even wanted to send a plane for us at one time , so that dog don't hunt with me !

Online casinos are a different animal as you are putting your trust in someone you can not see nor touch , many a newbie player has been taken to the cleaners by bogus casinos as you are well aware , you have been a member here long enough to know.

When we play online we want to be treated as close to a B/M casino as possible , we take the bonuses and they offer perks for loyalty , that my friend is what this is all about.............................Loyalty for long standing players who loved the old VIP program who have put their blind trust into a casino on the other side of the world and just not down the road at the ole local B/M casino !

I think one of the main differences is that on-line is much more competitive (a lot more choices of where to play) and they need to do more to retain players. Also look at what you don't get from on-line; no comp rooms, no comp dinners, no comp spa/salon services. Land based have much more overhead costs.

In the end it is up to these casinos to decide how they want to treat their players. If at one time in the past they told certain players they were lifetime VIP they should honor that and let this new criteria apply to new registrants.

It just makes good business sense to keep your loyal players retained and not going elsewhere , it is way too high , the limits that have been set in the new VIP program are outrageous , 1500.00 every 3 months and I will be going to a B/M.

Are there any other long time players that want to see the old VIP club back ?

Just say'n:D

I did get a message from Yasmeen that she put my 50.00 coupon in for me but this is not what its about. Nathan said they had tried to contact as many folks by phone as they could and I took it better than most , so I know there are a lot off pissed off JPC players out there !

JPC has been good to me and so has Yasmeen so I will not complain on that issue but this new VIP program sucks and is not fair !

Laurie

I miss the old VIP program also. I was platinum at one time and now I get treated like dirt at JPC. I wonder how many players are actually depositing 1500+ per quarter just at jackpot Capitol. I probably exceed that number, but it is split up between 8-10 casinos. They used to give out free 100$ chips via snail mail with $700 max cash out. Now it's maybe a 40$ chip and 240$ max. Just sayin...

Yes you are accurate with this statement.

Well I'm assuming that when you say "send a plane" you are talking about a casino junket, which means they send offers to people who pay a small /no fee to board so plane with a group to go to a specific casino. This is a marketing strategy to attracts players in certain areas at certain times. If your talking a private charter then that means you've spent significant money like millions seeing a private charter starts around 25k. Either way bowling bobs statement is not bs. Casinos do not necessarily care about play significantly in the past. They want to see recent play in order for you to get the best benefits and comps. Of course they will get you a room and food if it's been a while, and you have lengthy sessions in the past, but your not going to get the free play or top comps.

For those that remember Nashvegas a old member who was on here several years ago and is no longer a member , My late husband and I could have easily went by private plane with him to Tunica but wanted to drive instead. We sat behind him in a high stakes BJ game where he was betting 1500.00 a hand , we also had a contest on here where 2 members had 200.00 or 250.00 and several smaller prizes for me to play slots for them , whilst another member was on the phone with me giving play by play info and her reporting it back on C/M , I think the 2 were Jetset and Chuchu.

We were invited to join a small private plane that would take us to Horseshoes , we only spent around 3600.00 a week for a year but that was when we had a great business and money was good. We did not take up the offer due to my husbands health decline.

I still get a load of offers still from there and elsewhere , they hope to retain my custom again , so yes I call BS as it is still within the realm of online casinos to retain said patrons. This ain't my first rodeo cowboy :D

Thanks Laurie for the heads up.

I just received the coupon today by snail mail.

I was going to use it tomorrow, but now I shall forgo it.

Ask Yasmeen by pm , she may be able to honor it , she is upstanding when these things happen , if your in the VIP loop , you should have no problems . I love this casino , just do not condone this new VIP program and how they went about it !

TBH I've noticed that a lot of casinos don't seem to care as much about smaller depositors anymore - they offer big bonuses if you deposit high, or they have competitions where the only people who can win are those who can afford to play every day - even the thousands of continues in freeroll tourneys so that only players with deep pockets can win. Oh yeah and my big pet peeve from being a small depositor, my comp points always expire before I can earn enough to cash in! :(

I don't think I've ever been a VIP anywhere so maybe I'm talking out my bum, but I thought that most casino VIP statuses are based on 'recent' play...? Like even at 3Dice, if you make it to their diamond encrusted platinum bling bling level and you don't play for a couple of months, you're going to start dropping down the ladder again. Most of the Microgaming casinos I play who have VIP levels are the same.

It looks like the changes are designed to purge the VIP club of "dead wood" based on the old system, and result in a smaller and more productive club of high rollers.

Perhaps they have forgotten that one reason that players deposit less is the sheer hassle caused by UIGEA. High rollers get noticed, and casinos often tell players that they have to pay winners in several instalments rather than one large sum. For them, it's probably down to them wanting rid of small depositors as the costs of servicing them is much too high, however large depositors are put off by the risks of having too much money stuck on the wrong side of a processing meltdown. Large deposit volumes also get noticed by their banks, and awkward questions get asked.

This could well backfire, as instead of stepping up their activity to reach the $1500, players may just quit playing at JC altogether. For B&M casinos, it's the small time slots player that brings in most of their steady revenue, not the high rollers on the VIP tables.

It seems many casinos are using the idea of 1-3 month tracking loyalty systems, rather than a "club for life" system.

It even looks like 32Red are considering whether or not to extend changes in the loyalty system to the original "club rouge for life". I hope they consider, and then ditch the idea of changing Club Rouge significantly.

For me the bigger issue were comp points you need to collect. 4500 in three months.

I was depositing something between 2k-3k quarterly, and I was able to collect 3500-3700 comp points.
I have lost my diamond level, and I'm no longer a VIP.

So unless you had very long and lucky sessions, you have to deposit even more than 1500$ to maintain VIP status, because of comp points you have to gain.

This is what I am talking about , it is not going to work for JPC and this will backfire on them or any other casino that pushes this sort of terms !

Did it just get rejected? Wonder if it was because it came in as VIP with the lowered wagering requirements I have seen. Maybe all they had to do was put it back to 60x?

Yes if you dont accumulate the points, that means you had bad sessions. If you meet the requirments of deposits but have very low comp points, it would seem that they should want to get you the VIP to keep you coming back on the losing sessions.

I think I was top level for a while, and quite honestly didnt see much benefit. You only get the ND bonus once (60x) WR, and other than that what else did I get?

I see now that they now associate lower playthrough with deposit and no dpeosit bonus based up on the VIP Level. The lowered Playthrough now seems like an actual true benefit. Is this the case is there lowered WR based upon VIP level?

For B&M casinos, it's the small time slots player that brings in most of their steady revenue, not the high rollers on the VIP tables.
I was going to mention this myself. I've seen a casino documentary saying that most of the casino's profit is made from the average slot player. It makes sense to think that it's true online as well.

I like the casino also, but only if we stand up to our complaints will any of them listen.

We need a little backbone once in awhile.

I used to play at Jackpot Capital and Grande Vegas once in awhile, not every day, but once a week maybe. When my gambling funds were drying up I started playing there (or at any RTG) less and less, and then when Skrill left Canada I pretty well stopped depositing because their minimum CC deposits were higher than others.

In the last few years I've maybe made 4 deposits across the whole group, but during that whole time up (until this year) I got free chips from every casino on every holiday - even Slotastic where I rarely deposited. Hell they even gave me free chips from Lucky Club and I never even deposited there.

I know your situation is different Laurie, but for me the drying up of the gravy train makes total sense, and how can I be upset about it? I appreciate what they gave me already and the free ride they've given me the last few years.

Laurie, I agree and am happy that you started this thread.

Since they 're-organized' , I just feel that is seems kind of roguish, not saying they are but it is something that concerns me.

I don't like the "deposit 50 and play with 75!" deals they are now promoting. I prefer one is upfront with percentage and not sugar coat in this manner, I have seen rogue casinos phrase it that way.

I have played at JC for a few years, made it to Platinum, then now this.

Btw, the snail mail coupon I think, is not valid until October 13th?
