I must admit it is hard to keep up with the amount of new casino's that seem to open every year.
I am not here to promote this one i found but its by the reliable Every Matrix and the Promotion on new accounts seemed too good to turn down.

I was asked to check their bonus T&Cs (via a 3rd party) and they seemed pretty much on the ball.

Of course Poland excluded from bonues.

I signed up and gave them a shot - There are a number of issues:

1. Docs submitted, and told I would get notification - Never received it although they were approved (I had to go to live help)

2. Withdrawals are extremely slow - Mine has been pending for close to 48 Hours... (Neteller)

Overall, Live Help (If available) is slow to respond, the games are a bit laggy (Everymatrix), There is a maximum cap on winnings and the payouts are slow - For now, its bordering on not recommended for me ...

I am not in a hurry for payment, but i went on to check what the delay was:

Chat rep said it was docs (but they were approved Saturday already)... lol

Next she said they will approve it, but If i reversed some money, they would offer me a 50% bonus on the reversal. The funny thing is that they offer 2 x 100% Bonuses (on the first two deposits)... But now i'm being offered 50% for a reversal? When i highlighted this, she changed the subject.

Next she said she will contact finance to have it 'approved' .... This actually means that its now under 'processing' stage and no longer reversible. She said to expect in in 2 hours... I'm not holding my breath. 48 Hours reversible? Hmmm

For a NetEnt Casino - they are already staining their reputation with such tactics. Shameful!!!

Thanks for sharing this - I was toying with the idea of signing up but everything you have mentioned in the last 2 posts has dissuaded me from doing so.

I dislike playing at casinos with hard bonuses. 35xB is the highest I would go and that's only because I respect Guts casino.

Tell me about it, I have had my fair share of casino tactics as well.
It may sound far fetched at first but when you have experienced it, you know it's real.
