Netent time out grinds my gears

You know the scenario, a usual session with no major connection glitches to a netent game just throws you the odd laggy spin out of the blue. 10 seconds later it times out and you get "This game is unavailable, please try again later".
Why can't they program them more like Microgaming to keep requesting the result from the server for longer rather than throw their toys out the pram and have us reload again?

To be honest I have never experienced this with NetEnt, but it used to happen EVERY time I played WMS games at a particular accredited casino. It used to drive me crazy.

I have had "This game is unavailable, please try again later" on a few occasions and some lag when playing Elements but other then that I think the games work well. It must be your connection or that particular casino you are playing at.

I get this a lot too. My connection is 35mbps (minimum) fiber optic, avg 25ms Ping.
Definitely not my connection, all other games will be running as smooth as cream on Jennifer Lawrence's bum. Yet random spins on NetEnt will take forever to respond before occasionally putting up the "this game is not available" message that the OP alludes to.

Probably gateway time out in browser. Can be due to browser, (use firefox) video card, lots of traffic on your network (torrent program running, most cables are cat 5 so you cant upload more than 10mbit/s, which isnt a lot. Same goes for average network cards 1000 data not internet/100 download mbit/s/10 upload mbit/s ) not enough free disk space (use solid state disk /ssd) or cpu that has difficulties with lot of data peaks (try putting out animations and lower your graphic quality).

Hope you find out where the problem originates.
my best guess would be to use browser mozilla firefox, and lower the games graphics if possible.

Another gear grinder -

Netent autoplay option disabled on free spins....pretty annoying when you have 100 of them!

Hehe yeah, I hate when I get like 100 of those free spins with minimum coin value and bet level and I have to click like crazy to finally be able to play with the coin value I want.
