I deposited for the first time at iGame yesterday. Had a problem with the deposit but support helped me out. Also got lucky and the withdrawal hit my bank account in a few hours. :lolup:

Thanks for the offer Robin. Doubt I will be able to take it though. Had my account locked because of to many wrong password attemps, and seems that you require ID-scans etc to unlock it. I can see that you have to do it for withdrawals etc, but I've never encountered a site that require you to do it for such a thing. And I don't really like to send out copies of those documents to everyone for every reason.

Absolutely understandable. Sent you a PM. We do not require documents to simply re-open an account for the reason mentioned. Must be a mistake from whoever you were speaking to.
