So I joined this site and have to say I was not impressed with it, when I joined I also e-mail my verification documents and it still took them a full 5 working day to pay me my winnings, don't think ill be playing on this site again

Dear all,

there is nothing wrong with your pay outs or with the Casino.

Pearl Aces, the company that owns Monaco Aces Online Casino and Sportsbook is in process of being sold. due to some circumstances and delays in this process we had to stop the registration of new players.
It´s not sure yet if the Casino will stay as it is or will change their lay out and software with the future owners for this reason we had to draw a line in order to follow all legal issues that are required but the IoM Gambling Association.
All players will receive all their withdrawals of course, please have absolutely no doubts about this and depending on the new owners we will also refund those people who still have funds on their account and have not taken any action or we will just keep their accounts open during the change over.
Be assured that all this is going the legal way, bare in mind we are an Isle of Man licensed Casino and we HAVE TO follow European law and gambling rules. So no risk for any player that is still doing deposits. It´s more, we are having lots of players still on daily basis and none of them is running any risk of not being paid their winnings or cash outs.

thanks for your understanding and your loyalty during the last years.

I will enter the Casino Forum now on less regular basis but you all may contact our support for further questions. Also I will try to connect as often as time allows.

Best regards,
MA

Well I'm glad I never went ahead and started promoting this casino.
More than a guess this close-down is because the don't want / can't afford to get a UK gaming license.

When will these people who want to get a foot-hold in the online casino business realise that most people don't want to play on some minor brand of software like Viaden - they want the best.
I'm all for diversity and giving players as much choice as possible, but operators choosing to go down the "non-mainstream" brand route should be aware from the start of what they're up against, and plan accordingly.
It's still a shame to see them end this way. :(

Not sure up to what you relate or on what you base your statement. Think we also must have been glad not having you as an affiliate then.
If you would have informed yourself only a little, which is supposed to be your business, then you would have known that we left Viaden about 18 months ago and since then have been offering Viaden and micro gaming games.
so please before you keep on talking about Casinos, it would be great if you get yourself a little informed. Not for us anymore but it would do the business well if people would stop putting rumors and bad images to everything instead of putting some effort to filter if people have or not set up a serious business.
And you are guessing wrong, we have been running under a IoM sublicense without any issue for the past three years and the new owners will by 99% stay under an IoM license. Fact is that the company is being sold and the current owners/ investors of Pearl Aces step back. this is a business and not only fun as it might for you.
During the past three years we have been doing everything possible to push the Casino in the right direction and proof ourselves to the market. It´s sad, really sad to read so unprofessional statements like yours over here, considering that you say about your self you are a professional affiliate. Sorry can´t agree to that.

Wishing you all the best for the future.

You might be correct in what KK stated. But to directly attack him here in an open forum is no way professional from your own way. Maybe you should had contacted KK yourself in PM/email and given your opinion and made a more sensible post here stating couple facts.

The way you attack him here about his person as affiliate is in my opinion no way to do. And this statement does not make me feel starting to promote you guys either.

We will see how it all looks in a months time. I am not holding my breath. How come you asked to get striked of IOM license back in June? this is information I have found around the web?

KK,
I have to disagree on that. BigCasino was doing great, and the only reason it was closed is that the Viaden was sold. I'm more than sure that for today it would've been very good casino, maybe even one of the best. But unfortunately that's not what Viaden new owners wanted.

I think, we have always been reasonable and how ist it possible that over the past three years every player and person was allowed to put their rumors and often wrong statements and we are not even allowed to defend ourselves?.
I don´t think I have missed him the respect. I am only saying that if this is the way he does his work and he judges on Casinos that apparently he has not even been researching or visiting for the last 18 months then we have been better off without him, just in the way as he said he is happy not to have promoted us.

I think we have been respectful over the last three years with everybody, we have tried to improve those things that were real mistakes and we have tried to improve players experience continuously.
We have also been demolished by people doing wrong statements about the Casino, about our pay outs, rumors of having payment issues (when every player can read clearly all conditions to hold an IoM license, meaning this that money of all players is always and at any point guaranteed) about locking a player to a different account, it´s more this person reported us to the UK gambling association and we had lots of work to proof that she was a lier and we had not done any wrong.

So I think it is only fair to be able to state our opinion in public as well, when we clearly can see that the above message is aggressive towards the Casino.

Anyway I am not hear to fight with anybody. Everybody should do what he thinks is necessary but people sometimes should think before writing as they can heard a business massively, specially when their statements are wrong.

All the best.

We never asked to get striked. As mentioned, Pearl Aces, owners of Monaco Aces has been sold, due to that fact the license will have to be exchanged onto the new owners. Whether they will run the Casino in the way it is now or differently, meaning type of gaming providers, license, design etc... we don´t know so for the moment all we did is inform the Gaming Association about this sale and ask them for the correct moves to proceed with this change. For this reason we need to have a clear cut and then hand the Casino over.

I am sorry, but from the way you react it's clear that you are facing uncertain times, not only as a casino, but as an employee as well.
We don't know what happens next, but I would kindly suggest that in case you stay in business as Monaco Aces, be professional.
