I have just joined this casino & deposited £2,000. After playing a little while I made £650 & tried to withdraw my initial deposit plus the £650 profit. However I was told that I was unable to do this because of an AUTOMATIC bonus of £250 credited to my account ( with a 40 x wagering requirement) before any withdrawals can be made(even my initial deposit). I never accept bonuses so this seems very unfair(they say it's in their t&cs). I don't think automatic bonuses with a £10,000 play through is fair so I am surprised this casino is accredited. Would appreciate anyone's comments.

They are a good casino and it says on their site about the bonus (you should have read this before you deposited)

If you did not want the bonus then you could have asked live chat to remove it after depositing - this would have been no problem.

Either way this is your own fault and you have to complete the play through now. I don't mean to be harsh and I hope you continue on to a nice win but this is not the casinos fault. Infact they were being generous giving you a £250 bonus.

Lucky 247

Seriously? This is the only casino that I have come across with an automatic bonus upon registration & it comes with a 40 x wagering requirement. So I deposit £2,000 but have to play through at least £10,000 because of a small £250 bonus that I didn't want. I didn't read the full T&Cs but didn't expect to get caught by an erroneous clause in an accredited casino.

Accred casinos are expected to retract forced bonuses if requested before play begins. See the Link Outdated / Removed for details.

Well before you placed your first bet u must have noticed ur balance increased by 250 and you should have checked the terms with LH and if u didnt like them they would have removed it and if you say you didnt notice it, its a bit unbelievable as you are obviously a seasoned player judging by your deposit amount

Lucky247 is a very good casino and worthy of accredition just like all other accredited casinos

They do however follow their terms to the core which is justified to keep fraudsters away from taking advantage because as far as i'm aware they are one MG Casino that offer a bonus of some kind every day

You should take the bait as it seems you were ok with the bonus until you won and didn't want to wager it

I am a seasoned player but didn't notice it as I am not familiar with automatic bonuses

I am sorry for what happened, gosh! Depositing 2,000 - balance 2,250 and you did not ask to remove the bonus. This casino is one happy camper!

Always check the balance and contact support if there's anything out of the ordinary (and the T&Cs of course). Hope you will beat the WR, good luck!

Tsss.. This scenario does certainly not fall within the category of an advantage player or bonus hunter.

Also be careful of this term. if you have any spin over £50 you break the terms and will lose any winnings.

A new player’s maximum bet will be limited to a maximum of 20% of the value their bonuses until such time as the play-through requirements on their bonuses have been met. This is applicable for both the no deposit, free spins and welcome deposit bonus promotions.

Would appreciate anyone's comments.
Automatic bonuses are actually pretty common - you must have been quite lucky to have avoided them in the past.
As others have said - you're probably stuck with having to do the WR.
Chalk it down as another lesson learned - and pray for good luck while doing the WR!
