Our relationship with LaRomere Online Casino (laromere.com) has never been great but we have managed to settle a few issues over the years. That seems to have come to an end:

Max we appreciate your concern about our player, the issue will be address as soon as possible with the player directly since we unfortunately cannot divulge confidential Player information with third party sites or representatives. Rest assured that we have a competent helpdesk who are well equipped to handle Player queries based on their expertise & supporting casino managing services and advisors.

They simply ignored me when I explained our process (private, confidential, etc) and asked for confirmation that this was official casino policy for any and all player issues we might present.

The bottom line is that you're on your own if you have problems with these guys, at least for the time being. You could try the Curaçao E-Gaming Licensing Authority via their site, the none-too-helpful
