I played on Titancasino. Titancasino has following qualities: nearly no payoutrate, realy slowly support, and criminal behaviour.

I played the Game Madness House of Fun in the flash browser based Version of TitanCasino.

I did win Freespins with a bet of 5.- Euros, then the Game crashed. Even if i tried to Login to the Game again it did stuck.

After trying al long time to get connected with the live Chat. They asked me for a picture of the Game... Well i dint noe what they wanted to do with a picture of a loading Game. So i sendet them a video where you can see that the Game stucks.

They told me they will give me a solution after 24 houres....

Then i became an incredible answer:

Freegames are given randomly, if the Game crashes theres no way to give those freegames again....?


THIS IS JUST BULLSHIT.

I DID MAKE IMEDIATLY A REQUEST TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. AFTER SOME SECONDS THEY DID CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

I CAN EVEN BELIEVE THAT THE SUPPORT OR THE CASINO DID KEEP MY WINNINGS.

I WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH I WOULD HAVE WON.

DONT PLAY ON THIS CASINO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREAED FAIR. THIS BEHAVIOUR IN MY EYES IS CRIMINAL.

I HOPE THTA WITH THIS POST I CAN PREVENT AS MUCH USERS AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS CASINO(TROPEZ CASINO)

If you cant trust a Casino to get your winnings it should be prohibited.


If i could prevent allready one user to get fucked from those criminal im allready happy.

Okay I don't play at that casino. But you could have worded your complaint a bit better without all the swearing etc. that way people might be more inclined to help you. As for live chat they will not have a clue about technical side so maybe wait to see if you get a response. If im guessing right the game froze and if you try reloading it is still froze. If so it will be a bug that will have to get fixed by software company and the casino will have to contact them. When fixed the free games will restart(or should). I only know that as the bonus round on hitman froze when it first came out for me and it took months for a solution to fix it. When after umpteenth attempt it was fixed right the game started in the bonus round and I could finally play the game and get my winnings from round.
 
I'm confused, you said Titan Casino and then later you said Casino Tropez...?

Yes this happened to me also with a bonus round on Microgaming Lucky Stars game. It just got stuck and it took almost 2 months before it was fixed. The great thing is by the time it was fixed I'd pretty well forgotten all about it, and loaded the game to a nice bonus round that won almost $150. :thumbsup:

Must have been a nice surprise. I wish I could have forgot it but kept getting emails non stop from Ladbrokes saying try this and try that. Cant believe it took several months to fix. Don't get me wrong I benefited as they gave me a couple of bonuses for the hassle and I got a good win in the end when I eventually got to kill the guy lol. Just proves that games do go wrong and its not something that any one including technical team at casinos knows how to fix. Ladbrokes had to keep communicating with microgaming till one day they got it working on my account again.

Im pretty sure that those Games are NOT LOST. So where will the winnings go....?
 
Well if there was a fault in the game and it gets fixed im afraid any winnings will never appear as the game wont get played since you have closed your account. The only chance you had would have been to wait and see if the game worked again to play it and get any winnings.

i had a game via playtech on the wild slot i kept upping the bet & keeping the wilds at a cost then became a error i never did get the info from playtech, even the casino could not get hold of the missing spins so it does happen , they just popped a 150 quid in the account for the hassle problem was my bet was at 180 with alot of wilds so i could of won more , never played the slot since

Unfortunately Paul's right about you closing your account. Now you'll never get the bonus, and also you won't have access to your history or playlogs either. They'd probably reopen your account if you ask them to. As long as you weren't ruder than talking IN CAPS!

This is what I'd do if I were you. First see if they'll reopen your account, apologize if you have to. If they will reopen your account, there are a couple of things you could check - like first of all is that game available in the download version of the casino? If so, see if the game will load - maybe your bonus feature will be there....?

If it doesn't, have you tried in other browsers? If you have and it's still the same, close any browser windows from that website and try clearing your Flash cache and history by going here

- you can select just stuff from that casino and delete it or delete everything that's in there. Then close your browser, reopen it and go back and see if the game will load.

If the game STILL won't load, see if there's any kind of playlog or game history in your account. You'll want to find evidence that the bonus was triggered. Since their tech support wasn't helpful, maybe the thing to do is to send a message directly to Playtech with your account info and the appx time that the game locked.

Warning though that dealing with the software company might take a long time. Like months.

In the meantime though, you might want to pick a better Playtech casino to play anyhow - Euro Partners casinos are included in the casinos with the crappy progressive-in-increments terms where it could take years to get paid if you win a jackpot. Just FYI. :)

I did reopen my account

I had to explaine it 3 times to 3 different Supporters and i still have no solution.... I did get answers like...please reinstall client....Im talking for houres that im playing true web browser...and she is telling me to reinstall client :-S the game does only exist on the web based casino. Not in the downloadable client....

I did delet flash cache.

Game is still stucked, support still tells me that the Games are Lost.

All other Games work. Only Madness House of Fun doesnt load....

That means for me that the Games is still stucked on those Freegames. AND THEY ARE NOT LOST.

Does anybody now a direkt line to playtech...?
 
There's a person here who MIGHT have a contact or maybe will be able to point you in the right direction, I sent a PM so hang on a bit.
 
After months of waiting the Game works again.

But i didnt get any Money or any Freespins.

After asking the support they wrote me this unbelievable answer:

Does somebody know if i have to accept this decision?

I did read the general terms and conditions.

Out of that we have no rights i couldnt find anithyng about technical issues...
