Thrills casino spam

Ok, so I've been receiving spam from casinoviking@gmail.com.
They have been promoting Thrills and Buck & Butler (are they connected?)
This is clearly some dodgy affiliate.
I haven't bothered doing anything about it, I just keep deleting e-mails.

Today though, I received an e-mail directly from Thrills, offering a special bonus not available on site.
I could not remember signing up.
I have been thinking about it though, and the e-mail said I had created an account.

I was just in contact with support, and it turns out I don't have an account after all.
The e-mail did greet me by name, and shortly after I received a text as well offering the same bonus.

They clearly have all my details.

Perhaps passed on by a sister casino? Do they even have one?


I think I'll pass.
It's very rare you see this kind of spam directly from an accredited casino.

Thrill is a place I recommend. I can't do anything else since I constantly are winning. The winning shill that's me

I have never recieved any spam about those casinos.
I do have an account at Buck&Butler, but I will close that one. They are using some bad translator so the Swedish they are using is so bad.
It feels like they are spamming me when they send their offers

The only link I see between Thrills and my other accounts, is EveryMatrix.
I don't think sharing software providers proves anything though.

A strange one it is then because the affiliates shouldn't have your name.

On the other hand there are so many people shifting places in those casinos so you never know who does what.

I've contacted Erik.

The affiliate spam does not have my name, only the e-mail from Thrills.
I'm quite sure this is coming from them directly.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no affiliate link. The link in the SMS definitely isn't.
Also, I can't find reference to my special offer through any affiliate.

I also received this spam e-mail (+ SMS a bit later) today and I already have an active account with Thrills.

They are promoting a 200% special welcome bonus and the link in the email comes with an affiliate tag.

It looks pretty similar to Thrills' "official" emails but I am guessing it is a spammy affiliate.

Also, there is no tracing of the SMS link only "casino.com/bonus".

You can also view an exact copy of the e-mail online, and it's definitely stored on the Thrills server.

While you probably can fake an e-mail address, I don't think you can with an URL.

Just out of curiosity, did you receive the e-mail at the same address already registered with them?

Sorry for my late reply, been away for a few days

No, this mail was sent to another e-mail address and not the one I used when signing up at Thrills last year.

Just thought I'd post an update on this.

It's been just about confirmed that this was sent by Thrills, and not by an affiliate.

It's not clear though how they got my details.
I'm still waiting for more info.

Seems however they sourced it, they did not cross-check with their existing player database (see post by rainmaker).
