Win € 525 (Bonus 100% bonus maxcashout 25B 25D + X20) in this Rival July 29 and September 4 today are still waiting to be paid for the win, why? "A check in the course of the account" I also have to say that I have already made two other wins (regularly paid on Neteller) and both in the month of July 2014 ... now believe that I will see my money ever won fairly?

Would like to thank Dieter for all the work you seem to put in. I have never saw a Rep that not only cares for the customers of his own casino but actually tries to help out customers of his competitors.

Great job and wish there were more like you around.:thumbsup:
 
Dieter is unbelievable and unique.

Not the first time he brought an issue to RIVAL and the player got paid.

I gave his casinos a try in April and now I don`t play anywhere else.

The reasons are:

I`m a sucker for RIVAL games
Best bonus promotions
Fast payouts
A rep who is always helpful

For me the best rep here in the forums.

In all my years (since 2006) dealing with Rival casinos there has never been a rep as helpful, honest and proactive as Dieter. If fact, he puts the reps of many non-Rival casinos to shame too.
Hopefully we will see his group sailing through a BBF in the not too distant future ;)

Back on topic - I've never even heard of Vortex Casino - and I thought I knew all the Rivals! :oops:

I also note that I registered on August 31 and CM Dieter did get the payment in about a week, while the withdrawal request to the Vortex is July 29, I might have already had the money a month ago. The thing that gives you the most trouble is I do not give a logical explanation for not wanting you to pay, if you do not respond to emails and chatting tell you they can not attend or who is reviewing the bill.

Quick update on this.

The OP has turned out to be a fraudster and I truly regret helping him with his payment.

After getting him paid last week, he contacted me on Thursday to ask if he had accounts with our casinos. I had looked previously under the name Karalis and found nothing, so I asked for his details and was alarmed to find over a dozen accounts all banned for a variety of reasons from Bonus Abuse to Advantage Play to Multi-Accounts, ID theft etc.

I contacted Rival who advised that he had bypassed their systems by using new PCs, VPN and fake details to register.

I mailed the OP and asked him to return the funds to Vortex or I would expose him here. He went into a bit of a rant saying he accidentally opened an account at a friend's house once and that is all he ever did wrong. After some back and forth, he refused to return the funds to Vortex or publicly apologise for wasting everyone's time.

I mailed him on Saturday and Sunday with no response.

Here are some of the names he used at our brands. (I won't post full details unless Bryan says it is OK to do so):

1. Pierpaolo N.
2. Luciano N.
3. Eusebiu A.
4. Francesco F.
5. Marco C.

It's folks like this that make it hard for everyone else.

Hopefully, he will now be banned everywhere and prevented from doing this at other casinos.

No fault of urz dieter, u helped him without prior knowledge of his fraud and also lets hope he learns a lesson as well that you will get exposed in the end no matter what name you choose

I hope rival can claw money back through other means such as chargeback
