Quick update on this.
The OP has turned out to be a fraudster and I truly regret helping him with his payment.
After getting him paid last week, he contacted me on Thursday to ask if he had accounts with our casinos. I had looked previously under the name Karalis and found nothing, so I asked for his details and was alarmed to find over a dozen accounts all banned for a variety of reasons from Bonus Abuse to Advantage Play to Multi-Accounts, ID theft etc.
I contacted Rival who advised that he had bypassed their systems by using new PCs, VPN and fake details to register.
I mailed the OP and asked him to return the funds to Vortex or I would expose him here. He went into a bit of a rant saying he accidentally opened an account at a friend's house once and that is all he ever did wrong. After some back and forth, he refused to return the funds to Vortex or publicly apologise for wasting everyone's time.
I mailed him on Saturday and Sunday with no response.
Here are some of the names he used at our brands. (I won't post full details unless Bryan says it is OK to do so):

2. Luciano N.
3. Eusebiu A.
4. Francesco F.
5. Marco C.
It's folks like this that make it hard for everyone else.
Hopefully, he will now be banned everywhere and prevented from doing this at other casinos.
